De Düden-watervallen zijn een natuurwonder in Antalya. De waterval wordt gevormd door de rivier de Düden, die uit het Taurusgebergte stroomt en uiteindelijk van een klif in de Middellandse Zee stroomt. De waterval is verdeeld in twee delen, de bovenste en onderste waterval.
Houd er rekening mee dat de Tünektepe-kabelbaan momenteel gesloten is na het ongeval op 12 april 2024. Daarom hebben we het tijdelijk verwijderd uit onze tourprogramma's tot nader order. We waarderen uw begrip.
Demirciler Çarşısı, ook wel bekend als de Bazaar van de ijzerhandelaars, is een historische markt in de wijk Kaleiçi in Antalya. De markt staat bekend om zijn traditionele architectuur en smalle straatjes. De markt heeft een levendige en bruisende sfeer en is een populaire bestemming voor toeristen die de lokale cultuur willen opsnuiven. Demirciler Çarşısı is een van de oudste en meest bekende bazaars in Antalya en is een must-see attractie voor iedereen die de stad bezoekt. We lunchen heel dicht bij deze Ironmongers-bazaar.
De Poort van Hadrianus, ook wel bekend als Üçkapılar in het Turks, is een historische boog in de wijk Kaleiçi in Antalya. De poort werd gebouwd in de 2e eeuw na Christus om het bezoek van de Romeinse keizer Hadrianus aan de stad te herdenken. De poort heeft drie bogen, waarbij de middelste boog groter is dan de andere twee. De boog is versierd met ingewikkeld houtsnijwerk en inscripties en wordt beschouwd als een van de best bewaarde voorbeelden van Romeinse architectuur in Antalya. Hadrian's Gate is een populaire toeristische attractie en u kunt de omgeving verkennen, waar u cafés, winkels en historische gebouwen vindt. The tour was excellent. We visited 2 beautiful waterfalls, accompanied by some great information and historical insights by our friendly, funny tour guide: Yusuf. He really gave the tour an extra dimension on information and enjoyment, joking and talking his way through the City of Antalya. We also visited an old, Roman archway in the heart of the City, where we gleaned architectural information on the arch, and how history had shaped it. This was the highlight of this fabulous tour. During this time, we were living a little outside of the City, an hour away, and they arranged for our pick up in the morning, and delivered us to the rest of the group in time to see the whole tour and experience the magic of Antalya, as well as take us home swiftly after the tour finished, ensuring a timely dinner.

Me and my partner went on this tour and could not fault single thing! We had an amazing day seeing the sights of beautiful Antalya and our guide Yusuf was very warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the local history. We then shared a lovely meal at a sea-view restaurant where the portions were big and they catered well for myself (vegetarian) and my partner (pescatarian). For an additional €10 pp at the end of the tour you can take a boat ride on the sea which we opted for and thoroughly enjoyed. Perfect end to the day! It was exceptionally good value for money and we had a lot of fun. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was a very nice trip overall! Our guide was a very nice and attentive man, with whom everything could be talked about, every question was answered! He showed us many sights of the individual neighborhoods and could give us information about any topic! Unfortunately, we would have liked a little more time to stroll in the alleys instead of in this big hall full of jewelry 1 hour. To linger.. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed the trip!
