Antalya Airport Vip Privétransfer met Meet Transfer

Greeted at Elite lounge and the experience throughout was excellent. Cases were immediately scanned then led to dedicated check-in area. Guided to comfortable seats until our turn to check-in. Then given a personal guide through to a security area to check our hand luggage. We were then escorted to the lift and up to the lounge. The lounge was comfortable with non alcoholic drinks and food. If you want alcohol then you pay for it. Free WiFi and you can come and go to main duty free as you like. Expensive but worth it to skip the long queues in the main part of the airport.

This service provider hands down is officially one of my favorites in the region! The level of service I received is beyond a 5 star review. Drivers were professional, friendly, and ALWAYS ON TIME! Most of the time they arrived early. The communication was great and timely, I never had to wait for a long time for a response even when I requested rides last minute. The vehicle interiors were always top notch and screamed Luxury. They even decorated for my special day. I sometimes complain about how customer service lacks in the hospitality and service industries but this company did not miss a beat! Extremely happy and will use regularly in the future

Entry to the lounge was properly controlled. After that, space and free choice. Enough space and for smokers even a room overlooking the planes. Electrical outlets for electronic devices. Buffet simple but sensible. Before departure. No glasses - just paper cups - was no problem, however. Clean and functional. Ready for take off. Note steps - laughed my wife.

Arrived 90 mins late, no WiFi no tv no air con. The driver got lost, so added time onto the journey. Was rude and constantly on the phone and then had the cheek to charge £10 for the soft drinks that were supposed to be free (included) Still waiting for a response from Viator

This airport is one of the worst. I've flown to Antalya 10 times. First of all, the toilets are disgusting. My daughter is disabled, so we used the disabled toilet. Every Tom, Dick and Harry where using this toilet. The toilet was splattered, absolutely disgusting. This was the only one we could use. The place was mayhem. The smoking area had doors left open so the smell was horrendous. Hardly any places to sit, once your in your boarding gate there's no toilets. You basically have to keep showing your boarding pass to be let in and out which at times was a hassle. The place needs a re vamp. Air con would be must and more toilets. Not exactly disabled friendly.

Experience was ok, unable to find driver at airport for a while, no WiFi as stated in the description, driver also spoke no English which was requested, comfortable vehicle so no complaints there, just didn’t get everything that was promised.

Amazing customer service! The communication is second to none, with quick responses via WhatsApp. Our driver Rifat was punctual and got my family to our hotel and back to the airport safely. Very friendly and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them the next time I visit.
