Vroege start en breng de mooiste ochtend door bij Angkor Wat met een prachtig uitzicht op de zonsopgang. Vermijd de menigte zo veel mogelijk deze 8 uur durende bezoek aan de mooiste tempels in Angkor complex, waaronder Angkor Wat, Southgate of Angkor Thom, Bayon Tempel - zie prachtig vervaardigde centrale torens bedekt met meer dan 200 enorme gezichten en het verkennen van het doolhof-achtige interieur van Ta Prohm Tempel. Ga mee met deze Hoogstgewaardeerde kleine groepstour met een voertuig met airconditioning om de belangrijkste tempels tijdens het koelere deel van de dag te verkennen.

We beginnen met een vertrek voor zonsopgang (4.30 tot 4.40 uur, afhankelijk van de tijd van het jaar) van uw hotel voor zonsopgang buiten Angkor Wat. Betreed de grote tempel in duisternis vanaf de weinig bezochte oostelijke kant en kruip langs hoaire kloostergangen langs het langste stuk bas-reliëfsnijwerk ter wereld. Geniet van de sfeer van zonsopgang bij Angkor Wat, vanaf de rand van een van de oude bibliotheekzwembaden. Vervolgens verkennen we het interieur van de grote tempel, waarbij we twee uur lang de gangen, centrale kamers en bovenste terrassen van deze echt grote tempel ontdekken. Uw Expert lokale Gids zal de talloze verhalen achter de bas-reliëf inkervingen ontcijferen en u een inzicht geven in het leven tijdens het hoogtepunt van het Khmer rijk. We eindigen onze tour in Angkor met een ontbijt buiten de tempel (afhalen, vanuit je hotel), en een korte rust.

Een van de meest sfeervolle tempels van Angkor. Eens woonden er 2.740 monniken. Ta Prohm is nog niet veel veranderd sinds 1850, toen Franse ontdekkingsreiziger Henri Mouhot deze vervallen locatie 'herontdekte'. Na het verkennen van het doolhofachtige Ta Prohm keert u terug naar uw hotel na een lange maar bevredigende dag. U zult zich dit wereldwonder uw leven lang herinneren.
U komt langs het beroemde terras van de Leprakoning, en het terras van de Olifant.
Angkor Thom is de majestueuze locatie die ooit de stralende hoofdstad was van het Khmer-rijk. Neem even de tijd om de grandeur op u te laten inwerken voordat u de stad binnengaat. U komt aan bij de tempel van Bayon, en geniet van de prachtig vormgegeven centrale torens met meer dan 200 enorme gezichten.

Angkor Wat at sunrise is very impressive. We were picked up from the hotel and taken back. Air-conditioned bus. Drinks available. The cooling towels were very good. Overall, it was a fantastic trip. The guide is highly recommended.

TRULY HAD AN AMAZING TIME. Bun was an awesome tour guide. Her was so calm, clear, and knowledgeable. Vichit was also a great driver. He was always ready for us with cold waters and cool towels :) We were with a small group of 5 (2 of us plus 3 more) and we had lots of fun learning exploring and getting to know each other. I’m a solo traveler and booked the sunrise tour with Journey Cambodia, and it was one of the best experiences of my trip to Cambodia. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. Watching the sunrise at Angkor Wat was absolutely unforgettable. My guide, Mr. Pal Saroun, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Cambodian history and culture. He explained every temple in detail and made the whole tour interesting and enjoyable. I learned so much during the trip, and he also helped take great photos along the way. What a wonderful sunrise tour. Started with a prompt collection in a lovely air conditioned bus driven by Dara who constantly supplied us with bottles of ice cold water and cold cloths. Sac was our first guide and he was super knowledgable and shared his childhood lifestyle with us ❤️ Angkor Wat was everything and more . Just beautiful and Sac got us to the most perfect spot to watch the sunrise. Sadly he had to leave us and get your guide swiftly replaced him with Sarudn who was equally as knowledgeable and friendly. We saw a few temples and loved the stories that came with the tour. Well worth the visit The feeling of calm, kindness and gentleness all the way through is what struck us immensely. Beautiful people
