De service omvat een Mercedes-auto of busje met professionele chauffeur die de klant om 17.00 uur ophaalt bij het hotel of waar de klant maar wil in de stad Florence, naar Lajatico rijdt tot de parkeerplaats dicht bij de zitplaatsen van de klantenkaartjes, de chauffeur zal wachten tot het einde van het concert en breng de klant terug naar Florence, waar de klant de voorkeur geeft aan drop-off.

This is the second year I have used this excellent and professional driver service. Our driver was a great communicator and was very concerned about our safety and comfort.

Driver was very helpful and courteous. Went out of his way to ensure we arrived to venue on time and with as little walking to and from car as possible. Highly recommend this company for private transport.

Our driver, Raphael (Raffa) , was a true professional. He was very kind and accommodating. The vehicle was very clean and very comfortable. When we returned very late after the concert our driver made sure we got safely into our Airbnb before he drove away. Excellent Service!
