Uw avontuur begint een uur nadat uw cruiseschip in Costa Maya is aangekomen. Ontmoet ons team op het aangewezen ontmoetingspunt buiten de haven en geniet van een rit van ongeveer 50 minuten naar de Chacchoben Maya-ruïnes, omgeven door tropische jungle. Verken deze oude Maya-stad, die dateert uit ongeveer 200 v.Chr., tijdens een begeleide wandeling door de archeologische site. Ontdek indrukwekkende tempels en ceremoniële structuren terwijl je Gids de geschiedenis, cultuur en verhalen van de Maya-beschaving deelt. Als je door de jungle loopt, leer dan meer over inheemse planten en kijk uit naar lokale wilde dieren, waaronder tropische vogels en slingerapen die vaak rond de site worden gezien. Our trip to the Mayan ruins was through Viator and was absolutely incredible. Our guides, Miguel and Olanda, were phenomenal from start to finish. They were extremely knowledgeable and engaging, and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had a fantastic time. Their passion for the history and culture really brought the ruins to life. I highly recommend booking this tour, and if you get Miguel and Olanda, you are in for an amazing day! The company we used was Native Tours through Viator; you will not be disappointed.

The tour was great. The guide was extremely knowledgeable. The park was full of wildlife. Monkeys just in and out of trees. Guide was patient with us and the excitement everyone had while watching them!

Recommend-as of 6/22-Our guide was amazing! He really made the day fun. We learned so much about the Mayans and how the culture lives on. Then we went to the village. We learned more about surrounding villages, history, and watched our authentic and delicious lunch be prepared by the beautiful women. You will be back to meet the cruise.
