Deze 2 1/2 tot 3 uur durende tour tijdens informeel niet-massatoerisme (geen commerciële giftshop bezoeken :-) Nederlandse landschapstour is uniek omdat je het beste van verschillende Amsterdam Tours gecombineerd in één fietstour ziet. De sleutelwoorden voor deze ontspannende fietstocht zijn : 3 windmolens, een (kaas)boerderijbezoek (Hollandse kaasbekerwinnaar waarbij we dinsdagochtend, woensdagmiddag, vrijdag & zaterdag rechtstreeks melk drinken van de koe/kaasproeverij) woonboten, Kasteel Amsterdam (fotostop), magere brug, forten, Nederlandse huizen en de Amsterdamse verdedigingslinie. We passeren een Joodse begraafplaats en WO2 blijft ook over. Belangrijke opmerking : wij gebruiken fietszadel gel covers om je kont te beschermen :-) tegen pijn. Je geboren en getogen Amsterdamse Gids spreekt vloeiend Engels maar spreekt ook begrijpelijk Duits, Spaans en Portugees. Geld terug garantie als je niet in staat bent om foto's te maken met alleen jou en die prachtige windmolen op die foto (geen andere mensen op de achtergrond). Nederlands landschap / platteland. De totale duur van de tour is ongeveer drie uur. Onze usp: we fietsen op veilige, stille en brede fietspaden (nauwelijks verkeer). Geen zorgen, ik ben je gids :-)
Een middeleeuws kasteel gebouwd in 1275. We gaan niet naar binnen. Foto stop!
Windmolens, grachten, Amsterdamse verdedigingslinie (World Unesco Herritage), magere brug, prachtige woonboten en watervilla's, geweldig landschap, vee (koeien, schapen, geiten, Nederlandse paarden) vogels, melkveebedrijven, typisch Nederlandse plattelandshuizen (zoals Giethoorn), bunkers (WO II blijft) enz
Windmolen uitleg. Open op zaterdag
Een koffie / bierstop in een van de beroemdste bruine cafés van Nederland: Ome Ko (iedereen vindt het leuk :-). Daarna stoppen we bij het Kasteel van Amsterdam (Muiderslot) alleen voor foto's. De volgende stop is waar we verse ongepasteuriseerde koude melk drinken rechtstreeks van de koe (smaakt als een Italiaans ijs). Muiden is een middeleeuwse stad. U zult er geen spijt van krijgen!

Kaasboer stop. Proef / koop een van de beste kaas van Holland. Voel je vrij
Joodse begraafplaats. We gaan hier alleen op aanvraag (voor mensen met een joodse achtergrond)

Remco/Rubio grew up in the area and knows all of the fabulous spots and history. Our favorite stop was a family owned cheese shop where we were able to taste fresh milk and cheese. We were supposed to bike today but it was pouring rain so he offered to drive us in his nice car. We were glad to still be able to see the windmills and scenery. Highly recommend!

Solo bike tour with local Dutch guide, Rubio. Good communication and met up at Weesp which is just 18 minute train from central station. We biked about 3hours: brown cafe, pass by the castle, see several windmills. One windmill actually spinning with sails. Drank fresh milk and had good cheese. Very pleasant 😎

Remco was a great guide! Had some trouble finding a correct bike for me as I’m short, but he made it happen! The tour was great and we saw everything as promised. Remco is very knowledgeable about the history of the region and the water management systems (canals/windmills/dikes). Great way to see something outside of Amsterdam!

Amazing scenery, windmills, dairy farms, stunning landscapes, nice cheese, fantastic unpasteurzied milk, WW2 remains and much more....I really recommand to this tour. We are a couple in our sixties.

We had an excellent tour with Remco! It was pretty cold and windy with rain so we opted to go by car instead of bike. This was a great option and I was very thankful! The terrain was very flat, so biking would not have been challenging, just the weather was not cooperating. Remco is very friendly and puts you right at ease. It was great to get out of the city and see the picturesque small towns, so charming, pastoral and beautiful! Like a time from long ago! Nothing to compare back in the United Sates, a truly unique experience. Beautiful windmills, canals, and farms. Remco is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot! A must-do experience! I would love to come back for a tulip tour in the spring.

Outstanding tour with Roberto our guide. Outside central Amsterdam viewing Weesp countryside, windmills, the castle, farmland and the visit to the cattle/dairy farmer. Pace was excellent!!

Outstanding tour with Roberto. He paced it out well with explanations and history of this great area 15 mins outside Amsterdam by train. Great scenery of farms, windmills, the castle and the surrounding area. The visit to the cattle farm was awesome and the fresh milk and cheese were great. My wife and I highly recommend!!!!
