Het land van geloof en voedsel kan goed de culinaire hoofdstad van India worden genoemd. Van zoet tot hartig, gebakken en geroosterd - de stad heeft veel op het menu staan. Een bezoek aan Amritsar omvat altijd twee dingen - je respect betuigen aan de Gouden Tempel en je vergapen aan alle lekkernijen die de stad opdoet. De lokale bevolking houdt van het straatvoedsel in Amritsar en de stad wemelt van straatverkopers die de meest verse, heetste en rijkste versies van alles verkopen, van een verfrissend glas lassi en zoete, zoete halwa, tot boterachtige paranthas en pittige jus. Dit is onze lijst met rijke Punjabi-delicatessen in al hun vette pracht - dus zorg dat je handen vies worden en eet naar hartenlust. Je zult waarschijnlijk een paar extra kilo's inpakken, maar we garanderen dat het het gewicht waard is.

The visit was a little too quick. It lasted 2 hours and should have lasted at least another 1 hour to be able to enjoy the good food.
I had a great time with Prince, the food was delicious and he had very good local knowledge. I’d highly recommend this tour.
We visited one small restaurant and three street vendors, the whole experience took one hour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the local food.

I booked a transfer from Delhi airport to Hans hotel,Driver waited for me on time and was very good.He helped with luggage as well .Booked him for local trip next day.Will recommend TaxiBazaar as there drivers are very nice
The food crawl was great. Our guide, Shubham, was knowledgeable and very friendly and was able to match our food tastes to the places we visited as well as adding in a few surprises.
My guide Shubham could not have been nicer. He started with spicy or not spicy. We went from one small restaurant to the next sampling Indian and Punjab food. Shubham explained the details of the food. His aim was to please and he did a great job
