Amazon Wildlife & Jungle Lodge Tour – 2 dagen van Iquitos

Had such an incredible stay at Yakumama, Harley was a brilliant tour guide, he really made the whole stay unforgettable! He was so knowledgable and passionate, clearly explaining what we were doing each day and helpfully suggesting what I would need to wear/bring for all the tours I did on my 2 night stay. Everything was brilliantly planned, it felt really packed/varied but also had a couple hours each day after lunch to relax which was great. The accommodation was basic but comfortable/clean and the food was so delicious and massive portions, I was even able to eat my catch from piranha fishing on the last day! I saw so much including sloths, monkeys, caiman, turtles, iguanas, pink dolphins, frogs, spiders and so many incredible birds. Will remember the trip forever - thanks so much to all!

Our experience with Yakumama Agency visiting the Amazon jungle has been incredible, authentic and impressive. Thanks to our Guide Miguel, who is a great connoisseur of all corners and fauna and flora of the jungle, he has taught us animals, trees, plants and has allowed us to learn a lot of new things that we did not know. We were so happy with our tour! I was traveling with my friend who is 68 years old. She has double knee replacements so she has some limited mobility. Our guide, Adriel, plus everyone else we encountered made sure to give her any extra assistance to ensure she could enjoy all activities with us! Adriel was also determined for us to get the most out of our time there. Everyone was so pleasant and courteous! Highly recommend!!

I took a cheap tour previously with another company and had a terrible experience. I felt unsafe and disorganized throughout the entire trip, and was unable to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful Amazon. However, my experience with this company was completely different. The staff was very professional and friendly, and made sure that I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The information they provided about the local flora and fauna was very interesting and I learned a lot during the tour. I highly recommend that anyone considering an Amazon tour avoid cheap tours. Safety is a major concern and it's important to invest in a quality tour with a reliable company. Thank you for a great experience and for keeping me safe.

Ms. Magaly definitely has no idea what customer care means. Running a business involves more than cashing in. The lousy logistics. We were picked up at the hotel and had to wait for them to arrive with food as nothing was ready. That's called organization. Customer time is the most important thing and for them it is very easy not to pay attention to the details. The accommodation and the room very dirty. Animals in the watering can, full of dust and loan you equipment (dirty boots that smell very bad. Logistics, don't even say. Definitely not an Enterprise to recommend.
