Met een afmeting van ongeveer 25 tot 30 cm heeft dit grijsrode roofdier de reputatie gevaarlijk te zijn, maar de waarheid is veel verrassender. Ondanks hun angstaanjagende uiterlijk vallen piranha's zelden mensen aan. In feite baden mensen die in de buurt van de Amazone en Nanay rivieren wonen elke dag in deze wateren, vreedzaam samenlevend met deze onbegrepen wezens. My passport was stolen. While the airline allowed me to modify dates while I got a new passport. This travel agency did not make an exception to modify the dates by two days. I did have a police report stating what happened. But this agency said my value was lost
