Onze pittoreske kookles vindt plaats in een charmante panoramische boerderij in Pianillo, omgeven door een adembenemend uitzicht op de kust van Amalfi dat u nooit zult vergeten. Je leert drie heerlijke en authentieke Italiaanse gerechten maken waar de lokale bevolking en bezoekers dol op zijn: Tiramisù, verse lokale mozzarella en een pastagerecht naar keuze tussen Tagliatelle en Gnocchi. Alle ingrediënten zijn zorgvuldig geselecteerd en huisgemaakt, waardoor de meest verse en smaakvolle resultaten worden gegarandeerd. Om uw culinaire avontuur te verbeteren, combineren we uw maaltijd vakkundig met een heerlijke lokale wijn die zorgvuldig is uitgekozen om de smaken van elk gerecht aan te vullen. En voor een verfrissende afsluiting van uw ervaring kunt u genieten van de heerlijke Limoncello, liefdevol bereid met lokaal geteelde citroenen. We had the best time!! Our Chef Valentino was the sweetest and made the experience unique! The pasta, tiramisu and the mozzarella cheese were so fun to make! We are glad we picked this excursion, as It was the highlight of our trip. 110% recommended.
What a wonderful day. The cooking class was so much fun!!! Giovanni was sweet and funny and a great teacher. We had a wonderful walk to the most beautiful look out point. Wine was from their grapes and delicious!! I highly recommend. My 16 year old thought it was an amazing time.
This was the cutest and most wholesome experience ever. The chef was friendly and explained every thing so well. We made tortillini pasta, tiramisu, and mozzarella which came out so good. It was a team effort for our group and the other groups involved. We got to meet the other groups that were taking this cooking class as well and it made the experience feel like we were one big family cooking together. The fact that this took place in what looks like to be someone’s home, made it feel even more authentic. I would recommend this cooking class and I’d recommend you the chef! He did a great job!
Valentino is exceptional!! So lovely, great energy and a fantastic feed. He's got a super dry sense of humour and although our session had some interuptions, he kept the class running on track. He taught us great tips for tiramisu and making pasta and we loved the opportunity to help pull together the mozzarella. The feast at the end is unreal, and so satisfying to eat what you made.
