De grote meerderheid van de wijnhuizen in de Elzas zijn familiebedrijven en dat geldt al generaties lang. It’s not every day that you are lucky enough to do a wine tour with a knowledgeable sommelier! Thierry is knowledgeable, passionate, and full of historical anecdotes that not only allowed us to learn more about Alsatian wine but the region as a whole. We could not have asked for a more wonderful guide. Each domaine we tasted demonstrated a completely different approach to winemaking, making us feel like we really got to sample a little bit of everything! Start to finish, the tour was incredible. This is an experience you cannot miss.

This was one of the best wine tours I’ve been on. Our guide was great and our group was a lot of fun. The wineries offered us a great variety of the wines from the region, and our guide made sure we experienced different representations of each of the grapes. The villages we visited were also beautiful! Highly recommend!!
This was a highlight of our time in Kolmar. We had such a fun group and an amazing time. Our guide was knowledgeable about the area and the wines. Gave us great local recs for Kolmar, offered to get us dinner reservations at better dining spots- really lovely experience. Would highly recommend this
Alsace is a beautiful region with many wonderful wineries and quaint villages. Alain was a great guide.
I'll start by saying that we typically opt for exploring on our own rather than joining tours... And we are so glad we signed up for this! Thierry was an amazing guide- so friendly and also incredibly knowlegable about wines, the history of the area, and where to stop for some very scenic views. The wineries he brought us to had a variety of delicious wines. We feel that if we had planned a 3-winery day on our own, it would not have been nearly as good as this tour. Thierry even provided a recommendation for a winery that was walkable from our hotel to visit on another day. It was also fun to meet the other people on our tour who were from other parts of the world. We highly recommend this tour with Thierry. Don't miss it!
Well worth doing. The wine was lovely and we learnt a lot about the history of the region as well as the different wines. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.
