Do not book with this company. Fiirst they changed my Kolsai tour to a city tour without notifying me and then they did not provide the tour after I contacted them. I sat waiting in the hotel lobby from 5am to 7am and tried various ways to contact them but they didn't answer their phone nor Whatsapp messages. I contacted Viator to complain and I am trying to get a refund now for an undelivered tour. This is at least the second time this happened with this Nomad travel tour company. See a review in this section from a Korean tourist. Unreliable tour company. Be warned!
Kolsai and Kaindy is the best place to relax View of charyn stunning I like it our guide was cool guy and pro car was so comfortable
I recently took a day tour from Almaty to Kolsai Lake, Kaindy Lake and Charyn Canyon, and it was absolutely incredible the landscapes were breathtaking from the crystal clear waters of Kolsai to the mysterious sunken forest of Kaindy Lakes , and the dramatic rock formations of Charyn Canyon. Each stob had its own unique charm.

I had such a great time on this tour! Everything was super organized, and the guide was friendly and easy to talk to. The car was comfortable, and we never felt rushed, there was enough time to enjoy the views and take photos. Honestly, it felt more like hanging out with a local friend than a tour. If you are visiting, do not skip this, it is a perfect way to see the highlights without any stress.
