De volgende stop is een fotostop + beroemde voetgangersstraat Panfilov, waar je de kans krijgt om een aantal geweldige foto's te maken.
In de buurt van de Zenkov-kathedraal kunt u het prachtige Panfilov-park verkennen, dat de kathedraal omringt. U kunt een ontspannen wandeling door het park maken en de indrukwekkende architectuur van de kathedraal zelf bewonderen. Daarnaast kunt u de lokale Kazachse keuken proberen of door souvenirwinkels bladeren voor unieke herinneringen aan uw bezoek. Sommige plekken hebben we niet genoemd, dus je kunt ze tijdens de tour verkennen.

This tour was a very nice experience. We walked around to the different places and our guide Roza answered all our questions. She was very knowledgeable and fluent in English. The tour lasted approximately four hours and she even helped us to bargain at the marked. We appreciated the tour with Roza. She was easy to talk to and very friendly - even when my husband got too eager with asking questions 😊which he always gets. We can truly recommend Roza and this company.

Rosa was kind and certainly very well informed about Almaty history and culture. The tour was enlightening and decently paced. Although we did it on day 3, I would recommend doing this on day 1 to be better informed about the city and plan the rest of the stay.

A three-hour walking tour of the city's highlights with efficiency. I was able to hear interesting explanations from the guides not only in the main place, but here and there. The guide was amazed by his knowledge of everything from history to current events. Because I am Japanese, he introduced me to episodes related to Japan.

A great overview of Almaty, hitting the highlights in the short amount of time I had. Rosa gave me some great historical background. We were lucky and heard a special choir from Russia at the Asuncion cathedral. She even made it possible to ride the gondolas in the afternoon after out tour.

Lovely walking tour! Roza was very helpful and her information was interesting. We had already seen the Green Bazaar so she took us to a different final location, a Greek orthodox church with a discovered secret cave area used during Soviet times.
