Worst experience of my life working with tripdvisor. paid for the tour. sent a confirmation and already waiting for transportation and being late called and informed me that it was canceled because they did not communicate with me. I do not understand what happened. when one pays they are supposed to come. search. it was not. I will never work with tripadvisor again. They are irresponsible breaches and lack of seriousness. I highly recommend not to work with them. I am also waiting for reimbursement.

Beautiful park to enjoy with all the senses. Please light all the fans throughout our stay at the Tlachco Theatre. The service of Mr. Carlos Lopez at Restaurant Oaxaca was excellent , very friendly and helpful.

Since it was our first time we missed a lot but we hope to come back. We noticed that even though the park was opened until 10, once the show was getting ready to start (7:00 pm show) the WiFi went out and all of the animals were taken in.
Xcaret is an inmense place, most visitors can't get to walk the entire place It has something special por everyone, culture, nature and more! We hope to welcome you again soon for your next adventure, Xcaret & Mexico still have plenty more to offer!
Wonderful place super clean and had lots to do and see! Food at the Jalisco buffet 10/10 highly recommend! The river alone was gorgeous

Poor communication and lack of planning/confirmation They did not provide the dinner meal as described in the booking Early or super late pickup times. Done this excursion before and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had
The tour does not include any dinner, it only includes lunch as it is described and advertised The pick up times were published from the start Please make sure to read any future descriptions for tours you purchase

It is spectacular this park, very big one day you do not finish it, focus on the routes and you want to see and where to walk. I'd come back 100 more times.
