Begin uw ervaring bij de pier van Oceanix Cancun, gelegen aan Playa Tortugas (km 6,5 van Boulevard Kukulcán). U kunt er op eigen gelegenheid naartoe reizen of een tour boeken inclusief vervoer heen en terug vanaf uw hotel. Controleer de lijst met hotels op onze boekingspagina of neem contact met ons op als uw hotel er niet bij staat.
Inchecken: Bij aankomst op de kade gaat u naar het Oceanix-loket om in te checken. Geef uw reserveringsnummer door, dan begeleidt ons team u naar de wachtkamer. Onze gidsen in uniform verwelkomen u bij de ingang en dragen een bord met het logo van Oceanix, zodat u ze gemakkelijk kunt vinden. Aan boord gaan van de catamaran: Zodra u aan boord van de catamaran gaat, ontvangt u veiligheidsinstructies. Vanaf dat moment begint het plezier. Geniet van de open bar-service en laat u gedurende de hele tour verwennen door onze gastheren.
Snorkelen bij El Meco Reef: We maken een stop om te snorkelen bij het El Meco-rif, waar u een grote diversiteit aan onderwatersculpturen vindt. Ons team voorziet u van de benodigde uitrusting en begeleidt u naar de mooiste plekken op het rif. Volg altijd de aanwijzingen van de instructeur.
Buffetmaaltijden op Isla Mujeres: Na het snorkelen gaan we van boord op Isla Mujeres en gaan we naar een lokaal restaurant (Zaza of Ice Bar, afhankelijk van de openingstijden die dag), waar u kunt genieten van een nationaal buffet. Deze dienst begint om 12:00 uur en is inclusief een open bar. An amazing day—and wonderful support from the crew We had a fantastic day with Oceanix and would absolutely recommend the experience. The water was unbelievably beautiful, the snorkelling was amazing, the food was very good, and the crew kept the drinks flowing and made the entire day fun and enjoyable. A special highlight was how well the crew supported my partner, Swetha, during the snorkelling. She is not a confident swimmer, but with a life jacket, a flotation ring and some initial support from me, she was able to get into the water and enjoy the experience. The crew then looked after her throughout the snorkelling and made her feel safe and comfortable. It was wonderful that she was able to participate rather than miss out, and we really appreciated the care they showed her. We also purchased the professional photos. They were expensive, but the photographer captured some genuinely special moments, so we were still very happy that we bought them. We also managed to take plenty of beautiful photos of our own. On Isla Mujeres, we decided to rent a golf cart and travel to the far end of the island. It was an optional extra and not particularly cheap, but we enjoyed it and felt it added to the experience. We shared the cost with another couple we met during the trip, which made it better value—and one of the unexpected highlights was making new friends along the way. Overall, we enjoyed beautiful scenery and culture, amazing Caribbean water, great snorkelling, delicious food, wonderful photographs and a fun atmosphere throughout the entire day. Most importantly, the crew were attentive, friendly and made sure everyone was looked after. A memorable day and one of the highlights of our trip. Five stars from us. A special mention for Fernando, or octopus, he was a wonderful guide and added to our day, along with the captain who was safe and our bartender who always kept our drinks full!!
We had a phenomenal trip with Leo, Armando, and Jose! They were attentive, and so much fun. We had a girls excursion to celebrate a friends birthday and we got to see so much sea life during snorkeling. We saw barracuda’s, stingrays, and so many beautiful fish. The service on the catamaran was amazing! Open bar, and appetizers to nibble on. We had the boat to ourselves and it was truly the perfect day. 10/10 would recommend anyone visiting Cancun!

Said that you'd be greeted with a welcome mimosa once on board, and wasn't. Towel provided, and was not offered a towel (they did refund that part of the cost, but were still wet when we left the beach). Drinks were very watery and had little flavor, nor alcohol. Lunch was good, but once again the drinks were watery. The beach was beautiful! The crew was nice. I have done 3 different Catamaran excursions with viator. This was the worst one for the price. Wouldn't do this one again!!
