Nadat je bent vertrokken, ga je eerst naar het eiland Comino en bewonder je de ruige grotten en de prachtige Crystal Lagoon Bay. Je stopt bij de Blue Lagoon om op een veel rustiger moment van de dag te genieten van deze wereldberoemde baai. Het is een geweldige manier om deze prachtige baai te ervaren zonder de hele dag daar door te brengen. Nadat je op Gozo bent aangekomen, rijd je met onze krachtige quads op verschillende soorten terrein om de natuurlijke schoonheid en topattracties van Gozo te verkennen tijdens deze spannende kusttocht. Door een van onze deskundige Gozo-hoofdbestuurders te volgen, ontdek je het beste dat het eiland te bieden heeft, inclusief verborgen juweeltjes en offroad-paden. De Sanap Cliffs zijn een goed voorbeeld van de natuurlijke schoonheid van Gozo. Je bevindt je op een van de hoogste punten van het eiland, langs de zuidwestelijke kust van het eiland. Geniet van het uitzicht op deze adembenemende kliffen met uitzicht op Comino en Malta.
Xlendi is een zeer populaire kustbestemming op Gozo, met prachtig diepblauw water in de baai, hoge kliffen en een van de uitkijktorens van de ridders. We stoppen bij de Belvedere in de buurt van de Xlendi-toren, met uitzicht op de baai.
Er zijn maar weinig plaatsen op de Maltese eilanden die zo indrukwekkend zijn als de Dwejra-baai, met zijn prachtige baaien, uitkijktoren gebouwd door de ridders, Inland Sea, Fungus Rock en duiklocatie Blue Hole. Dit is de locatie waar ooit het Azure Window stond en waar de populaire populaire tv-serie Game of Thrones voor het eerste seizoen scènes opnam.
Deze massieve natuurlijk gevormde kalkstenen boog is het laatst overgebleven natuurlijk gevormde rotsboogvenster op Gozo. De kronkelende vallei die je naar het raam leidt, heet Wied il-Mielaħ, wat zich vertaalt naar 'Salt Valley'. Het 29 meter hoge raam is een enorm blok koraalkalksteen dat sterk genoeg is om de kracht van grote zeegolven, zouterosie en wind te weerstaan. Het is een indrukwekkend gezicht om de golven tegen de basis en zijkant te zien beuken!
Wied il-Gasri is een bekende maar moeilijk bereikbare plek langs de noordkust van Gozo. Een vallei leidt naar een prachtig, klein kiezelstrand met kristalhelder water en kronkelende kliffen die naar de open zee leiden. Met zijn ruige omringende landschap is het een geweldige plek om een quad uit te proberen.
Xwejni is de thuisbasis van de zoutpannen, die, zoals de naam al doet vermoeden, pannen zijn die zijn uitgehouwen uit de rotsachtige kustlijn waar Gozitanen tot op de dag van vandaag nog steeds zout oogsten. De pannen strekken zich uit over meerdere kilometers en zijn al eeuwenlang in gebruik als traditionele manier van zoutwinning.

Met zijn kristalheldere, azuurblauwe water is dit de nummer 1 populairste zwemplek rond de Maltese eilanden! Je hebt 2 uur of meer om door te brengen in de Blue Lagoon of rond te trekken op het eiland Comino. Op een bepaald tijdstip stapt u weer op onze boot bij de Blue Lagoon en vervolgt u uw rondreis op Gozo.
Crystal Lagoon op Comino, Malta, is een absoluut genot voor toeristen – een sereen en schilderachtig paradijs op slechts een steenworp afstand van de beroemde Blue Lagoon.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Geef bij het reserveren uw mobiele nummer en het voorvoegsel op, bij voorkeur een mobiel Whattsapp-nummer. Noteer ook uw accommodatiegegevens en wij zullen terugkomen met de ophaaltijd en het dichtstbijzijnde ophaalpunt. Zorg ervoor dat u 5 minuten vóór de afgesproken tijd bij het geadviseerde ophaalpunt aanwezig bent. Ons transportbedrijf houdt een Jippee-bord omhoog. Het transport brengt u naar de boot of veerboot om over te steken naar Comino. Aan het einde van de tour wordt u teruggebracht naar het oorspronkelijke ophaal-/ontmoetingspunt. EERSTE OPHALEN IS VANUIT VALLETTA-GEBIED, VANAF 12.25 uur. Andere locaties na het ophalen in Valletta. Terugkeer in Valletta rond 22.30 uur. Tourtijd 7 uur exclusief transfers. De ophaallocaties worden bepaald op basis van Yippee-locaties en zodra ze zijn bevestigd, worden instructies via e-mail verzonden via Viator of WhatsApp. Houd er rekening mee dat u een standaardbericht ontvangt van uw boekingsplatform met daarin de VERKEERDE/standaard ophaaltijd. De juiste ophaaltijd en -locatie worden na uw boeking door het Yippee-kantoor naar u verzonden.

This tour was absolutely worth the money. You get to see so many different parts of Gozo throughout the day, while still having plenty of opportunities to stop, take photos, grab snacks, and enjoy the scenery. For anyone wondering about group size, our tour had 8 quads, with up to 2 people per quad, which should give you a rough idea of how many people may be on the experience. The food included was very good and well-portioned for me. We enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset (around 8pm), which was a real highlight of the trip. The meal consisted of pesto pasta, a sandwich with lettuce, olives and dressing, plus a slice of cake. Everything was tasty and enjoyable. If you have a particularly large appetite, you may want to bring some extra snacks, and if you have any allergies or dietary requirements I’d recommend letting the guides know in advance. The tour guides were excellent—friendly, experienced, and clearly knew what they were doing. Before setting off, they provide a quick demonstration of how to operate the quads. The vehicles are very easy to use, and they also clearly explain the rental contract and any charges that could apply in the event of damage. One thing to note is that the training is fairly brief. You receive the demonstration while parked and then shortly afterwards you’re out on the road. Most people seemed to pick it up quickly, but slower learners may find it a little challenging at first. During our tour, there was one participant who wasn’t demonstrating enough confidence to drive safely, and rather than holding up the group, the guides had them ride with a tour guide instead. I thought this was handled professionally and was the best outcome for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. A small note regarding the Blue Lagoon stop: if you’re hoping to explore the kiosks and facilities around the lagoon, that isn’t really part of the experience. The Blue Lagoon was extremely busy when we visited, and our stop was focused on swimming in the sea rather than exploring the shoreline. We had around 45 minutes there, which was enough time for a swim and to enjoy the crystal-clear water. Overall, a fantastic day out with great guides, beautiful scenery, a memorable sunset dinner, and plenty of opportunities to experience Gozo’s highlights. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Malta.

We had a wonderful time both seeing the sea caves on the boat along with riding the quads on Gozo. Our quad guide was a great guy making us feel comfortable and provided the right amount of information to us. The sunset portion was absolutely spectacular and we loved driving around and seeing a good portion of the Island!
Great self-driving tour of Gozo with both on and off roading with quad(my choice) and buggy. Good safety first explanations and system with lead and back of the pack leaders .
It was such an great experience!!! Me and my girlfriend are sitting the first time on a quad.after the professionell introductions it was no problem to ride these really good quads. It was fun,it was such an carefully ride!the quadleader wezam (sooo cool and funny guy! Big 👍👍👍👍 for him!!!) Looks at all drivers that no on get lost. We see so many parts secret parts of gozo and stops, actually the sunset stop in the and was amazing!!! Oh i forget. At first we made a swimstop in the blue lagoon,but not at the beach were are many many tourist,so in the middle of the bay. The boatcrew are soo cool guys.musik,drinks,fun an action all the day!!! For sure that was not the last trip/ride for us with yippee tours. From the first minute 100% professional! Thank you for this great day!!!
Just great, you take a lot of eyes. Visiting when it is less hot and almost nobody on the road is the top, there is the choice in day, in short I highly recommend because no logistics worries to manage. It is a whole team that takes turns to manage the activity, from pick up to crossing with swimming to transport to the activity, to the restaurant. If you don't feel like driving, there are solutions. Activity very well supervised by all teams. If you plan to go crazy on a quad bike go elsewhere, the team is rigorous and the group activity is very well supervised and followed. Excellent support! Congratulations to all the staff!!!

Good excursion overall, good guides, but not sunset as planned, arrived too late on the scene , and too much waiting elsewhere. Following an unintentional accident I had to pay 450 € certainly written in the contract but insurance is used to cover in case of problems. Half would have been enough for my taste, the quad was working. Too bad.
