Geniet van een authentieke ervaring in het noordwesten van Sardinië met een rondleiding door een wijnmakerij op enkele kilometers van Alghero. De tour begint met een aangename wandeling tussen de wijngaarden, ondergedompeld in het schilderachtige natuurlijke landschap van Porto Conte Park, een omgeving die de harmonie tussen het grondgebied, het klimaat en de kwaliteit van de wijn weerspiegelt. Het bezoek gaat verder in de wijnmakerij, waar u de wijnbouwtechnieken kunt ontdekken, met de vatenkelder gewijd aan het rijpen en de bottelruimte. De ervaring wordt afgesloten met een begeleide proeverij van vijf wijnen uit de kelder. Elke proeverij gaat vergezeld van een selectie typische Sardijnse producten zoals carasaubrood, worst, pecorino en koemelkkazen en olijven, ontworpen om de balans tussen aroma's en smaken te verbeteren. Mis de kans niet om te genieten van een unieke ervaring, ideaal voor degenen die een wijnproeverij willen, omringd door natuur en traditie!

A small winery with almost 100 years of history behind it from the co-owners great grandfather’s arrival in Alghero. Martina was our guide and she grew up growing grapes and making wine. The wine was delicious as well as the the food paired with it.

Going into the tasting, there weren’t any reviews online, so we definitely took a risk. Considering it was the off season, and it wasn’t particularly sunny nor blooming in the vineyard, we, alongside our guide, persisted. We were given a quick yet solid tour of the grounds. It was obvious the owner had a dedication and particular care to his inherited craft, yet the experience was overly simplified and probably not worth the cost. The wine, however, was very good (although beware that the 5 glasses of wine is actually around 3 glasses). We particularly enjoyed the rose and the vermentino. The accompanying food was also a delicate touch of other local delicacies. Overall, solid experience for what it was, but be mindful of the shortcomings.
