The trip was a lot of fun. All drivers and organizers were very nice. Our contact person during the entire trip was Yusuf, who spoke very good German and always kept the mood high. During the entire ride in the jeeps, there were water fights and many photos. The highlight was the beautiful waterfalls, where you could also go swimming.
The Jeep Safari in Alanya was a good experience overall. The jeep had seat belts which was reassuring, however it’s not ideal for people with poor mobility as getting in and out of the jeep is quite steep and difficult at times. It was lovely visiting the traditional Turkish villages and experiencing the local market and food. The views from the mountain edge overlooking the Red Castle were beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. One thing that could have been improved was better communication about the water fights. We weren’t warned beforehand and ended up completely soaked, which ruined a pair of shoes and left our bag wet. Had we known in advance, we would have dressed differently and protected our belongings. The Dim Cave is also not very suitable for those with mobility issues due to the steep steps leading up to the cave and the stairs inside. Our jeep driver was lovely, friendly, and helped make the day enjoyable.
Very Good Trip with the Driver Ramazan. The Trip was like 6-7 Hours. The stops like the Cave was really interesting. You can shoot very good Panorama Photos. 5/5 I can totally recommend it :)
Extremely fun day out for the entire family - water fights between the jeeps, fantastic views and amazing destinations for breaks. We really did have a fantastic time.
We booked this day in a Jeep in the Taurus Mountains with the hope of discovering beautiful landscapes, better understanding local life, and enjoying a peaceful time in the heart of nature. Unfortunately, we had a completely different experience. From the very beginning, the Jeep was transformed into a rolling nightclub: full volume electronic music from start to finish, without interruption. No words about mountains, culture, environment or local life. Zero information. Zero immersion. Just noise. The heart of the excursion seems to be a giant water battle between the Jeeps speeding. If you like to be drenched from head to toe by screaming strangers in swimsuits while you desperately try to take in an invisible landscape in the tumult... you’ve come to the right place. Otherwise, go your way. On the stops? None to contemplate the views or discover the mountains. We stopped at a café (nice, with a waterfall and the possibility to swim), then at a fruit shop (products offered, but... we have the same at the hotel), then at a cave that is not included in the price (and therefore paid), and finally at a restaurant by the pool with slide. The included meal amounts to a very limited buffet, and everything else is extra. Here again, possibility to swim in the river or the pool... but honestly, we already have this in the hotel, better, and without the ambient noise. The most disturbing thing for me is the **total lack of respect for the place and for the inhabitants.** Jeeps driving fast, music to the core, holidaymakers in jerseys screaming and spraying water as they pass through villages and sensitive natural areas... I had the feeling of participating in a displaced carnival in the middle of the mountains. This is not what I call responsible tourism. I’m sure there’s something for some, but this type of excursion is absolutely out of step with the expectations of a curious, eco-friendly traveler, or just looking for authenticity. In short: if you are looking for contact with nature, culture, or a little calm — run away.
Was a great day, the water fight was brilliant all ages loves it. To have a water gun you do need to pay €5 but can take your own or people used water bottles too.
Fun experience, but not for small kids. You guys should update the info on TripAdvisor to reflect this. If you’re going to blast music so loud, that 4 kids ages 5 to ~10 have to hold their ears just to survive, then your information on TripAdvisor’s should reflect this. If I had not had two 5 yo kids, I would have enjoyed this. But the music made the experience unbearable for them. Sure the water fights from car to car was fun, but again, kids aged 5 found this a bit shocking.
Very pleased with our day trip into the mountains! Was so impressed at all of the amazing things that were included in this trip for such a good price! We chose to pay extra to visit the cave as it was only €6 each but they are not pushy at all and allow you to sit in the restaurant if you don’t want to visit the cave. You get to visit a fruit farm and eat fresh local fruit all for free! They encourage you to buy some souvenirs from the shop but again are not pushy at all and it is not forced. The water fights in between each location was SO fun but be prepared to get wet!! If you decide you don’t want to get wet they will provide you with an umberella but I would probably say to miss this out if you don’t enjoy a water fight. My favourite part was the free lunch buffet at the river where you can swim in fresh water (beware it is FREEZING) but so refreshing after a long day in the sun! The guides were very kind, fun and genuinely want you to have a good time!! I would recommend to bring some cash with you to tip the driver at the end. They will take pictures throughout but if you don’t want to buy them you can just say and they are very accepting
We had a wonderful day out with the group, such a lovely drive to explore some of the local scenery in lovely weather! Our driver Kadir was awesome, was very prompt for pick up and made the trip so much more fun with his enthusiasm. We didn't have the water fight experience however we didn't feel that we had missed out as rest of the day was so good. Food offered was plenty and tasted good. Would recommend if looking for a fun day out.
The boys were nice and tried. The Jeep was a converted Ford Transit without a roof. For the price I was very satisfied, even with the lunch included in the price.
