We booked a package scheduled for 4:30 PM, but it turned out to be a total disaster. We were left standing and waiting for a very long time, and nobody showed up for our pickup. When we finally managed to contact them to find out what was going on, we were casually told that the driver was "going to be late" no advance warning, no apology, and zero respect for our time. Because of their sheer incompetence and lack of communication, our entire trip was completely spoiled, and our evening was wasted. This company is unbelievably unprofessional and unreliable. Be very careful before booking anything with them. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
The staff is nice but there’s not much organizing they’ve done. Fun car ride from the hotel but I for one was expecting a bit of ‘guide’ work in terms of fun facts and history.
We waited in vain for 40 minutes. The money is withdrawn so all in total
Picked up 1h30 late with an old tacot painted pink without windows or seat belts for everyone, as for the driver, he made us miss the accident several times so fast and bad he drove, for the return, my husband refused to go back with him and we took a taxi!!!! No visit from Alanya, we were just dropped off at the place of the cave where several merchants of junk trinkets were held, then transfer to take the cable car (the only positive thing about this excursion!!!) and return to the hotel!!!! I do not recommend at all!!!!
No info about zipline elevator payment. In review we were informed, that we will be driven by car to visit castle, but like were forced to pay for zipline. Driver drives like crazy, safety from 1980 year 🫣
Trip was good ,the trip guide was friendly, transfer was is well good ,I will recommend this if you want save time instead travel by your self
We were picked up from hotel on time, we didn't realise we had to pay for the cable Car up and down from the castle as extra as the cable cars were in the title we assumed it was included, after we were picked up we were taken to a car park where there was caves you had to pay for or 3 or 4 shops selling same tourist stuff, an over priced juice bar / slush ect, we could take photos of klepatra beach ect, we were stuck there for 50 mins, people who wanted the cable cars had to pay an extra 8 euros to your guide who bought all the tickets and gave them too you, we spent the 50mins twiddling our thumbs, then we had to just follow the guide to the cable Car entrance it was like follow my leader without giving any instruction, the guy was a nice friendly guy but totally lacked any organisation, you get another 50 mins at the top but you still have to walk a good bit up to the castle and mosque, there was no breeze and nowhere but rocks to sit, our friends went up to castle and said it was lovely but they were knackered, once we were down we were loaded into jeeps but we were stuck on them for ages waiting for other people to arrive back in the jeep 10 mins late, we then got driven to the alanya sign and we thought we met our maker over and over on this trip he drove like the bat out of hell we were all over the place in the back we were so relieved when he stopped it felt like you were on a roller-coaster, the view from the Alanya sign is beutiful you see the whole city covered in lights, the drive back was just as fast and erratic but at least the breeze kept us going, the whole trip could have been done in 60 minutes easy as 2 hours of the trip was just waiting around, the whole thing took just 3 hours, I wouldnt waste your money
Not suitable for kids, as coming up in the castle you getting one hour only to walk around, and from the cable car you have to walk the stairs and paths a lot, in between there is shops, toilets, so you need to choose and prioritise what you want most as it physically not possible, we was nearly running.. and the guide actually got the cable car tickets and said two sentences about the castle that’s about it did not even come up
Good value for money although suggest getting a tour that includes everything as it was a bit off faff getting the tickets
Collected from hotel on time, taken to their base, and went out as a large group. Was partnered with a guide who spoke English. Information provided around the history of Alanya. Changes given to take photos throughout. Fast track to the cable cars and an hour free time to explore the castle. Thank you
