*****DO NOT BOOK! *****Terrible experience…. Do not book with this company the transport do not turn up! Me and my family were waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and they never turned up the rep Lydia doesn’t answer her phone calls or messages…. Absolutely shocking!! DO NOT BOOK! They will just take your money!!
We are truly sorry for your experience and completely understand your disappointment, especially knowing how excited your children were for the trip. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected and serious situation that day, and for a period of time we were unreachable. This was an exceptional circumstance and is not representative of the level of service we normally provide. We sincerely apologized and did our best to make up for the inconvenience by offering a complimentary tour and several free transfer services as a gesture of goodwill. We deeply regret what happened and sincerely apologize once again. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the experience you originally expected.
Unfortunately I can't give this trip a 0* or even rate the trip as the transport never arrived to collect us. After calling over 30 times, messaging and leaving voice notes with the Rep (Lydia) who did not even have the decency to reply. We waited 1.5 hours for collection and arrived 20 mins early at the collection point and still nothing. Our children were really looking forward to this trip and you have denied us it. We expect a full refund.

Such a fun and action-packed day. Every activity had its own vibe, and the whole experience flowed really smoothly. Staff have good energy, and definitely something I’d do again.
