Akaroa privédagtrip vanuit Christchurch

We had an amazing Akaroa day trip with Kiwi Adventures, and our guide Patrick made the whole experience even better. Very friendly and experienced. The dolphin watching cruise was a real highlight – seeing the dolphins so close to the boat was incredible . The scenery around Akaroa Harbour was beautiful and well worth the trip. We also visited an alpaca farm, which was a fun and unique stop. The alpacas were adorable. Highly recommended

This was the final leg of our South Island journey, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to end it. We had a wonderful time in Akaroa, a beautiful seaside town with stunning scenery and a stylish, charming atmosphere. The harbour area is especially lovely, with impressive food spots lining the waterfront. We absolutely loved the steak at Bully Hayes Restaurant—a real highlight of the trip. Akaroa is a fantastic destination to experience nature and wildlife in one go! Highly recommend.

A lovely trip to Akaroa with loved ones. The scenic drive along the Banks Peninsula was beautiful, including a drive through the impressive Lyttelton Tunnel. This private tour was a great way to explore the region’s natural beauty and wildlife. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time in Christchurch with Steve. The city has a fascinating history, especially around the earthquake and the impressive recovery infrastructure. We visited the Antarctic Centre, the Skyline Gondola, the summer beach, and the Botanic Gardens, and enjoyed a punting trip on the Avon River. It’s a wonderful way to explore Christchurch, especially with a knowledgeable guide like Steve.

The drive to Akaroa was stunning, and Steve made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the views and take photos without ever feeling rushed. Once in Akaroa, he guided us to some beautiful lookout points and shared great recommendations for food, walks, and activities. Everything was well-organized, smooth

Steve was such a kind and accommodating tour guide. He looked after us so well and even added a few extra stops outside of our itinerary, giving us the chance to explore more of the beautiful Akaroa area. It's a charming little French-influenced town with stunning terrain and a picturesque harbour. Overall, a great experience for a day trip from Christchurch.

We had a lovely day trip to Akaroa 🌊 Tom was very informative, approachable & professional guide with a great driving expertise. Akaroa was such a beautiful & lovely place.
