Elke reservering komt overeen met een transfer. Wacht op uw auto die de hoofdingang van de luchthaven verlaat in de straat aan uw rechterhand. Of in de lobby van je hotel op de afgesproken tijd Routebeschrijving: Als u vanuit uw hotel vertrekt, zullen we u op de ingestelde tijd in de lobby vinden. Als u vanaf de luchthaven vertrekt, wachten we NIET op u in de luchthaven met een bord. Neem telefonisch contact met ons op met een WhatsApp-bericht aan het einde van uw migratieprocedures en haal vervolgens uw bagage op. (De luchthaven biedt gratis Wi-Fi-service) Geef uw reserveringsnaam op bij het reserveren en u ontvangt instructies over hoe u uw auto kunt identificeren. Wacht in de straat aan uw rechterhand bij het verlaten van de luchthaven. De maximale wachttijd voor de auto in deze sector is 5 minuten per luchthavenregelgeving, dus als de chauffeur u niet kan vinden, moet de chauffeur de luchthaven verlaten om opnieuw binnen te komen, wachten in de aangegeven sector. I wish there was an option for the driver to meet me in the terminal with a sign with my name and then escort me to the car. I would have paid extra for such a service and there were other providers who had this additional service available.

However, this service is not included in the transfer you booked and is listed as an exclusion in the booking details. Our standard airport transfer service operates from the designated pickup area outside the terminal, as described in the reservation information provided before travel. For guests who prefer an inside-terminal Meet & Greet service, we are happy to arrange it upon request for an additional fee, although Viator does not currently provide us with a way to offer this option directly during the booking process. The car that they picked us up in was very, very clean with an extremely nice driver. Larger car than normal, but read the fine print! We booked a party of four, but way, way down in the reservation it said that you could only have three pieces of luggage. The car could not hold us and our friends had to book a separate taxi. This was very inconvenient. Make sure you read the detail! It makes no sense to book for a party of four with only three pieces of luggage, but other than that, we were very pleased with the service.

For our return trip to the airport we booked on line. We had the same driver that we had on our trip from the Airport (MVD) to the Hotel (IBIS Styles Montevideo). He was right on time, assisted us with our bags and was very pleasant. It was rather early in the morning so there wasn't much conversation as well as the fact that we don't speak Spanish. He was polite and a gentleman. Definitely recommend this service. Communication with driveme gave us assurance.
Our transport was booked on the phone as opposed to the website only because I needed to confirm the drop off location. The customer service was quite helpful and able to get us sorted well
