Enjoyed the glass bottom boat tour. Got a great view of the coral reefs without getting wet. Lucky enough to see some whales too although not up close was still a bonus. The Whitsunday islands are certainly a beautiful part of the world
Our glass bottom boat tour turned into a WHALE SPOTTING TOUR!! Saw a humpback whale & her calf just floating along at the surface not far from our boat. Incredible experience. We already loved the tour but this was just unreal.
It was a great experience especially for people who want to be in the water but like the safer option. To see coral in its natural habitat is absolutely beautiful. The host Sarah knew her information and I was very impressed about the knowledge she shared with the group. The team had a great vibe from pick up at Airlie Beach Hotel to the tour and back. I also recommend this is a great tour for children as well.
Hi, I was rather disappointed with the boat tour. Positives were a knowledgeable and friendly guide. Negatives were too much noise with the commentary and music on playing whilst the guide spoke. There were few pauses of quiet. The glass bottom viewing was highly disappointing...only a few fish were seen and mostly of one fish species. The coral reef viewing was also disappointing......I was expecting something more spectacular. Really wasn't worth spending money for this experience.
What an awesome trip for small & large kids & kids at heart. So peaceful, informative & beautiful part of the Whitsundays. Pick up from a central location was smooth & timing spot on. Highly recommended 👌

Expected to see more fish. Crew were wonderful. Felt very safe. Disappointed no turtles. Well organised.
