I would thoroughly recommend the services of this transfer shuttle service provider and in particular our driver called Ronaldo. Ronaldo was prompt on arrival and could not do more to make us comfortable on the journey to the airport. Excellent service!

We needed a transport back to airport following a lovely vacation at the Grand Palladium Resort and Spa and following a difficult experience with Destination Services, we were connected with Holiday Services and „Jermaine“ our driver was professional, attentive, friendly and efficient. He provided us with a lively discussion about Jamaica and provided us information on history, tourism, local politics and upcoming policies impacting transportation in the fall. It was a great ride and he got us there in plenty of time to clear customs and get to our gate back to NYC. I appreciated his professionalism and care. I would highly recommend him for any transport around the island as he noted he is well versed in travel to key parts of the island (Mo-Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios). We've spent about a month at this place, and we've just loved the place; the bedrooms are so big, and the sitting room is beautiful. The location is convenient, amazing how they've designed and arranged the furniture. Ideal for a family or team vacation. Looking forward staying at this place again.
