Elounda Village is een ideale bestemming voor mensen die een vakantie aan zee willen op een plek die niet te druk of te geïsoleerd is, met een spectaculaire kustlijn, schaduwrijke stranden, kristalheldere zeeën en archeologisch belang. In Elounda vindt u kleine, mooie stranden, bezoek het eiland Spinalonga, Vanuit de haven van Elounda nemen we de boot naar het eiland Spinalonga
Spinalonga volgens gegevens uit 2009 heeft Spinalonga dagelijks 1200-1500 bezoekers tijdens de zomermaanden en is het een van de meest populaire archeologische vindplaatsen op Kreta. Spinalonga staat ook bekend als het Lepra-eiland, waar tot 1957 patiënten uit Kreta en de rest van Griekenland in quarantaine werden gehouden. Tegenwoordig bezoeken duizenden toeristen Spinalonga elke zomer per boot vanuit Elounda om de verwoeste gebouwen te bezichtigen, waar de archeologische dienst hard aan werkt behouden
De volgende stop is Agios Nikolaos, een prachtige stad met het gevoel van een kleine stad, een stad die veel te bieden heeft. Het meer en de haven, en de jachthaven. Zijn unieke kenmerken, beginnen met het meer, een folklore-inspirerend diep water dat door een smalle inham met de zee is verbonden. Het wordt omringd en wordt over het hoofd gezien door cafés en restaurants - een drukke ontmoetingsplaats voor zowel lokale bewoners als bezoekers. Het meer voegt zich bij de zee met een strook water onder de kleine verkeersbrug.

We had the most amazing day with Adonis. He made our whole trip. We can't stop talking about what a great day we had with him. The restaurant he took us to was hands down the best meal of our 3 week journey. Thank you Adonis for getting us to the best spot for the ferry over to Spinalonga, showing us Elounda and Agios Nikolaos. Our van was spotless, cool and comfortable. Adonis was friendly, kind and spoke English well.

We decided to visit crete as my mother had read the book on the island and wanted to visit spinalonga. We organised the trip from home (scotland) and everything was arranged very easily. The company contacted the hotel prior to our outing to remind us and we were collected the following morning. The car that arrived was had excellent a/c, was very clean and comfortable. Our driver Kosta was excellent a lovely charming gentleman who kept us informed of all the places we were passing etc. Myself and my party would highly recommend this company and if were come back to their beautiful island we would most definitely use then again 😊

The nicest staff imaginable... we came as a family for a private tour and had a terrific time. Driver and guide extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. We will be back for more for sure. A great way to spend a day on crete!
