Middagwijntocht door de Loire-vallei vanuit Tours of Amboise

Ga met ons mee op een prachtige middag wijntour vanuit Tours of Amboise, en ontdek de lokale wijnen van de Touraine regio. Met een kleine groep van maximaal 8 personen bezoekt u twee wijndomeinen in het Touraine "appellation" gebied met uw lokale deskundige gids. We nemen u mee door de wijngaarden en de wijnhuizen, en geven inzicht in het 'terroir' en de kunst van het wijnmaken. U krijgt de kans om een grote verscheidenheid aan mousserende, witte, rosé en rode wijnen uit de regio te proeven, gemaakt met vele druivensoorten (Chenin, Sauvignon, Malbec, Cabernet, Gamay,...), vergezeld van kazen en charcuteriespecialiteiten uit de regio (rillettes, rillons, ...) Tijdens de transfers tussen locaties heeft u de mogelijkheid om de prachtige landschappen van de Loire te bewonderen door de ramen van onze comfortabele Mercedes minivan met chauffeur.

Bezoek een wijngaard in Touraine, leer over 'terroir' en geniet van een proeverij van mousserende, rode en witte wijnen (minstens 5 wijnen), gecombineerd met lokale vleeswaren.
Bezoek een tweede wijngaard in Touraine. Rondleiding door de wijnkelder en wijnmakerij, proeverij met de diversiteit aan wijnen van mousserend tot still, droog tot zoet (minstens 6 wijnen) gecombineerd met lokale kazen.

Our guide (Emma I think?) was so sweet and funny. We learned a lot and had a great time! Good for a hot day since the caves were cool and the van had AC.

We were looking to visit some wineries in the Loire. This was a very personal tour with Rom our host and driver Rom a highly rated sommelier who has gained his knowledge all over the world. We visited 2 family vineyards with a great selection of wines to taste together with local cheeses A great afternoon with a small group

Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of wine in the Vouvray region! Learned a lot about the ine making process and especially how champagne is processed. Woudl recommend this to anyone visiting the Amboise/ Tour area.

Vino Loire Wine Tours curates an incredible experience! Our guide Emma was passionate about the wines, the vineyards and just how the Loire valley makes wine in general. Our entire group learned so much from Emma and she was able to answer any questions we threw her way. The pick up was incredible easy and the accommodations at each winery were great. We loved being able to visit more local wineries and hear all about the history of each. Overall this was an incredible half day experience learning about the regions, the wines and getting to meet other people vacationing in the area. Highly recommend this tour if you're visiting the Loire Valley region!

Our guide was wonderful but a couple not so great things. First our guide was 1/2 hour late and I also had the impression from the photos that we would actually be in the vineyards. I was also disappointed in the food. For the amount of money that we spent on this tour I expected more than some cheese. I am unsure if we actually got the “full “ tour that we paid for since it was cut short by 1/2 hour, very unhappy. As I said our guide was great but had a rough start and tour was WAY overpriced for what we got. Would never book again
Sophia was an excellent tour guide - Very informative and entertaining. Her knowledge of the Loire Valley wines was very impressive. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
