Our experience was very disappointing. The park was extremely crowded, to the point that by 2:00 p.m. it was barely possible to walk through the aisles. The lines to enter the attractions were miles long, and even so, they continued to allow more people in. I believe they should control the capacity so that visitors can enjoy a safe and pleasant experience. We paid for an entry to enjoy the park, not to spend the day waiting in lines and unable to move. Very disappointed.
Entering and Existing was horrible! Waited over an hour to exit. No traffic was moving. They need to schedule traffic control to be able to get out or open more exits. Will be a long time before I go back.
This waterpark was very disappointing. I was sent three different places to get wrist band bands for dining wristbands. Each place told me something different. Then we found out it is a very limited menu. Also they were out of the food. Then any other food is not included. The food was terrible and very small portions. It is definitely not worth it. Bring your own food and say you are on a special diet. The water is dirty after the first couple hours. So were the bathrooms.
Line for food was so long the mobile ordering system does not work The water was so dirty. food took forever to get. The bathrooms and everything was so dirty. It was so disgusting in the bathroom water all over the floor.The line for to get in was horrible. waited outside for 45 minutes. they don’t even have a different line for platinum passes. and food don’t even get me started. It was terrible. We did find a secret food place that had no line. It was the tiki bar. It had they surprisingly had drinks for kids. but the drink water not cold at all we went to two dipping dots stations all completely sold out, even though there was workers there and it was only 1 PM I would not go back terrible experience
I have been visiting this water park for 20 years, and every year it falls further into decline. The food is expensive and terrible; there is a great deal of disorganization and misinformation. If you want to have a day filled with stress and chaos, feel free to visit this park. We visited today with my family, and it was the worst experience.
We LOVED this water park. ALittle smaller than the one in Orlando. This place was clean and fun. The food was very good we rented a cabana by the bbq place. So worth it. We all liked the wave pool too where you can just sit in the beach. We would definitely go back there.
We as a family of seniors and family rented a cabana and bought all day dining package. We loved the place stayed from 10-5
We had a great time at Adventure Island! Don’t listen to the negative reviews—we went on a Saturday and had an absolute blast. The lines were very manageable, which made it easy to enjoy a lot of rides without feeling rushed. We did splurge on a cabana, which was nice, but honestly not necessary if you’re trying to save a little money. The food and drinks were solid and hit the spot for a day in the sun. One tip: skip the preferred or VIP parking if you plan to arrive when the park opens—regular parking worked out just fine for us. Overall, a really fun day and definitely worth the visit!
Get ready to spend a lot of money, and stand in long lines and bring lots on Sunscreen! Rides were fun. Lines were super long. They were out of ice cream and pretzels. Food lines were long, and a salad was $17 and they served it with molded fruit and slimy lettuce. They gave us a meal voucher after we stood in line with guest services about 30 minutes. But we will not be back since we are out of state. Highly recommend getting quick que if you want to do any of the rides. We are glad we got a cabana since it came with a mini fridge with cold water. One small water bottle was $8 and we had a group of 5. Overall the kids had a good time, but it was disappointing.

The park is very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, they upped their pricing and claimed it was a “special” sale for during spring break. We bought the tickets anyways. The food pricing was astronomical. $100 for a family of 4 for lunch. They had no salads or chicken sandwiches by the time we got up to the window at 12:30pm. Very disappointing.
