Deze tour van 4,5 uur is alleen voor uw groep in onze premium 4WD Land Cruiser Prado. Het voorgestelde reisplan is slechts een richtlijn en kan enigszins worden gewijzigd naar uw persoonlijke smaak en voorkeuren. U kunt bijvoorbeeld een wijnmakerij of andere attractie vermelden en we zullen proberen deze in uw reisplan in te plannen. Houd er rekening mee dat alle wijnhuizen proeverijkosten in rekening brengen en dat dit voor uw eigen rekening is.

Onder voorbehoud van helder weer stoppen we hier voor een geweldig uitzicht over Adelaide City en de buitenwijken. Vanaf een hoogte van 710 m kunt u Adelaide City, Airport, Port Adelaide, Glenelg en andere belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zien.
Deze oude molen ligt in het charmante stadje Bridgewater in het uitgestrekte landschap van de Adelaide Hills en dateert uit 1860. John Dunn, een moleningenieur uit Devonshire, bouwde de molen. Hij bouwde een aantal korenmolens in heel Australië, maar de Bridgewater Mill is verreweg zijn bekendste. Voordat we daar aankwamen, zouden we een mooie rit maken door de pittoreske dorpjes Stirling en Aldgate.
Grünthal Microbrewery is de ultieme lokale ontmoetingsplaats en toeristische bestemming voor ambachtelijk bier, heerlijke gin, ambachtelijke kaas, lokale wijn, lekker eten en goede tijden. Hier bent u van harte welkom om de regionaal geproduceerde Udder Delights kaas gratis te proeven. Versnaperingen als koffie, thee en frisdrank zijn voor onze rekening. Wijnen, gin, bier en cider zijn op eigen kosten verkrijgbaar.
Melba's Chocolate Factory is een 'werkende' toeristenfabriek in een monumentaal complex op 40 minuten van Adelaide, Zuid-Australië; in het pittoreske stadje Woodside in de Adelaide Hills. Vanaf 1919 maakte de South Australian Farmers' Cooperative Union de plek beroemd door de productie van kaas, boter, margarine en kleine goederen, die wereldwijd werden erkend. Deze activiteit stopte in 1976. Vanaf dat jaar lagen de gebouwen verlaten tot 1990 toen de oorspronkelijke eigenaren en directeuren van Melba, Joy en Graeme Foristal, arriveerden. Met apparatuur voor het maken van chocolade en zoetwaren uit de jaren 40, begonnen ze hun droom om oude Australische favoriete chocolade en zoetwaren te maken.
Een gloednieuw belevingscentrum voor bezoekers, inclusief een boerderijcafé, ijs van de boerderij, kookdemonstraties en gratis proeverijen, een nieuwe boerderijwinkel en privé-evenementenruimtes.
Ontdek als de oudste nog bestaande Duitse nederzetting van Australië architectonisch fascinerende gebouwen en geniet van een breed scala aan gerechten, waaronder een deel van Duitse oorsprong. Ook gastronomische koffie, ambachtelijke bieren, lokaal gedistilleerde gin, kelderdeuren en boetiekwijnen.

We are an older couple in our 80's from New Zealand and we wanted a relaxed tour through Adelaide Hills and Hahndorf. This was our first tour through Adelaide , so the success of the tour was important to us. We could not have made a better choice. Bob is an absolute gentleman, he helped us in every way he could, he was a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer all our questions. Bob opened the Prada doors for us, helped us access all the sights from Mt Lofty to the chocolate factory, cheese shop and a nice boutique winery. Bob gave us an hour to explore Hanhdorf, we really enjoyed the vintage market ambience of the little town. Bob has been doing this tour for a number of years but to his credit he was able to bring a real freshness to his commentary. He made us feel important as if it was his first day on the job. Is this tour good value.. Yes it certainly is Thank You Bob .

It was the BEST! Cannot recommend more highly. The most interesting tour, with a fantastic guide, in a supremely comfortable car! The tour is tailor made to suit. We explored the Adelaide Hills, Hahndorf and snuck in a visit to Cleland Wildlife Park. We admired the view from Mount Lofty amongst lots of other places of interest en route. Such a highlight, that we booked again for a Barossa trip. Thanks Bob!

A most enjoyable trip tailored to our choice of destinations. Bob was very knowledgeable and made us feel very relaxed enabling us to enjoy Mount Lofty, Nepenthe winery, Hahndorf town and the beautiful scenery within the Adelaide Hills.

A wonderful afternoon. We enjoyed our drive around The Hills up to Mt Lofty, we did a wine tasting at The Lane then ventured into Hahndorf for a nice walk around. We had time to do another tasting but as the temperature was in the high 30’s we did not really feel like it. We asked our driver Bob from SaviConnect for another suggestion well that was amazing he took us to a hidden gem where we had the best home made fruit ice cream. A wonderful way to end our busy day - thank you

We had a super day in Adelaide Hills. Our driver/guide was knowledgeable about the city and its history and made the drive from the port to the hills interesting. Our stop at Mt. Lofty was disappointing because of the clouds, but our two stops at wineries were great. We learned a lot about the Adelaide Hills wine industry in comfortable tasting rooms. Hahndorf was a little too touristy for us, but our lunch at the German Arms was everything we hoped for. Our driver was prompt on picking us up. The car was comfortable and in excellent condition. What a fabulous day we had in Eden Valley visiting Henshke Wines followed by Pike & Joyce for lunch in Adelaide Hills. Bob was just terrific walking me thru options for the day, timing & costs prior to our visit & on the morning we were to visit was out the front of our hotel waiting for us to go. Incredibly polite, timely & knowledgeable which made for the best day. Throughly recommend for any visit whilst in Adelaide
