Stap op het podium van een Off-Broadway theater en laat je innerlijke ster schitteren tijdens Act & Sip, een unieke 90 minuten durende acteerles waar je tijdens het optreden kunt genieten van een drankje. Onder begeleiding van Expert instructeurs werk je samen met een partner en speel je scènes uit geliefde NYC-sitcoms en films zoals Friends and Sex and the City na. Perfect voor vrijgezellenfeesten of een leuk avondje uit met vrienden, deze ervaring vereist geen voorafgaande acteervaardigheden en belooft lachen en creativiteit. Neem je eigen drankjes mee en ontketen je potentieel in een vriendelijke sfeer.

This is is a very unique way to meet new people and push yourself out of your comfort zone. My group was so supportive and encouraging. My scene partner was also a great collaborator, and his excitement about our scene made me that much more excited to perform.
I absolutely recommend doing this. My friends group had a wonderful time! One thing to note is that it starts at 5 PM take into consideration travel when going!
Overrall fun experience I'm just hoping to help people interested set realistic expectations. Drinks are not included, it's byob or buy a drink at the bar. There was about 23 people there. You won't get to be paired with whoever you go with for the experience, as the instructor purposely partners you with others. It's more of a get to know each other experience spent 40 mins telling everyone who you are, 10 mins learning the short script (you don't get to choose the script, some are longer than some, but avg about 7 lines) and the rest of the time is spent watching others take turns running their script.
It’s a very fun environment. You get paired with a random person and a scene. You both rehearse for 10 minutes and jump right into performing it on stage.
I had a really fun time at the class and met such kind people!! I can’t wait to go back. 4 stars because I kinda wish the class sizes were smaller but it seems like social media has grown this event!! We loved Cathy !!
It may run over a bit but you won’t regret it!. Come with friends but you willl not be partnered up with them. BYOB for maximum fun!
