The 5th time I come with children of different ages during this April vacation. Always welcome. Listening framers without rushing as soon as a child seems stuck with his pulley. They try to explain, value and empower the child before intervening. Some mothers can't leave their children, follow them down the stairs without shoulder strapping when it's forbidden hence intervention of the supervisors. The same mothers are unhappy not to see the supervisor intervene every time their child gets stuck, but when we explained 10 times to a child that you have to lay your pulley flat and he does not want to do it... I admire their patience in these cases. Frankly, very good tree climbing site, I've been coming every holiday for 2 years, never had a problem. I recommend

A top team. We were received by a very nice and kind employee who even offered us a coffee However, the routes are very common and disconcertingly easy. Stairs are set up to climb into the trees, no difficulty or challenge to it. I recommend, but only for small children, otherwise it may be annoying for older ones.

Very bad experience. We had booked at 5pm. Arrived at 16:20, we were told to wait. Finally, we got the equipment at 5:20 pm and started the courses at 5:40 pm. Team not very nice. 46 € (1 adult and 1 child of 10 years) for 2 courses! At 6:30, they closed. My son was very disappointed. Despite our complaint, no one reacted. It’s a scam!!!

Impromptu visit with children so my son on his birthday 🥳 Arrive on site at 4pm, it was closed. We finally saw a “manager” who told us it was open but as there was no one they closed before 4pm!!!! It’s just intolerable. If every business that officially displays its schedules does not respect them .... In the middle of the day... We must not complain that it does not work. My son was very disappointed 😢 ... at 6 years old it’s hard especially when the person replies “we have no one so we close” and replies: “we are here us!”

We came today in a group of 8 friends and paid €30 per person for the young employee teaching safety instructions to talk to us like “you’re doing *** you’re slowing everyone down you’re disrespectful” because one of us had dared to turn his head during his explanation. All in front of families and young children equally surprised by his behavior. The rest of the professionals present on the course have not been able to raise the level because of their lack of cordiality towards all the clients present on their course. Maybe we had a bad day for the team.

The site is really pleasant, the courses are well organized and secure. By taking the pass for all the courses it gives you the 3 blues (including the one with 7 zip lines) and the two reds, enough to have fun for a while (and also the green of course). The pass is limited to 3 hours, it's a shame not to specify this on the site. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There is a picnic area on site in the shade. Come with your bottles of cold water because it’s €3 per liter on site. We came as soon as it opened in the morning, a good option for parking more easily and enjoying the routes without having to worry, when we left at the beginning of the afternoon it seemed to be a different story.

Beautiful setting. Great idea to keep the kids busy by allowing them to be cool in the forest, interesting when it starts to get really hot in Paris. Nice setting and Team at the top (serious compared to security and very pro)!!

French: Very rude employees, listen to people's discussions and make remarks. Scold children despite their young age. My daughter was having fun with her friends when a gentleman approached her and told her that she was forbidden on the course because she had wanted to help her friend, trapped in a zip line. He forced her down. The courses are not bad but we will certainly not come back. Very bad experience. English: Very disrespectful team, listens to people’s discussions and make remarks. My daughter was having fun with her friends when a worker approached her and said she was banned from the course because she tried to help her friend, stuck in a zip line. He obligated her to go down. The courses weren’t bad but we won’t come back. Very bad experience. 日本語: コースは最高でしたがスタ��フが最悪でした。 理由は 1: 人の話を聞いてきます 2: 聞いて何を話したか��えてマークしてきます 3: 子供に使ってはいけない言葉を使ってきます 4: そして、私の娘が友達と楽しく遊んでいると、スタフが近づき、このコースはやるな!と言って、降ろされたからです。 理由を聞くと、その前に、娘が、ターザンの真ん中で止まっていた(?)友達を助けようとしていたのですが、理不尽なほど怒られて、結局2回目に降ろされたということです。 スタッフが最悪です! 絶対にもう一度来ません。 最悪な一日でした。

The courses are nice and well maintained. The team is friendly, patient and pedagogue with the children. Orienteering is "great."
