Our day in AbuDabi
We were not told of the clothing required for our Mosque visit. Thus we all needed to make purchases at the store known to the driver. We felt it was a set up. The rest of the day was fine.
Reactie van de operator
Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that you felt unprepared for the Mosque dress code requirements. Please allow us to clarify that the dress regulations at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque are strictly implemented by the Mosque authorities and apply to all visitors without exception. It is never our intention to create any inconvenience or additional expense for our guests. Our drivers simply guide guests to the nearest approved shop when clothing adjustments are required, as entry is not permitted without meeting the official dress standards. There is absolutely no arrangement or benefit to our team from these stores. We regret if this was not clearly communicated in advance and will ensure that future guests receive clearer reminders regarding dress code requirements before their visit. We are pleased to know that the rest of your day went well, and we appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve our service. Warm regards, VEGO TOURISM LLC
