Good experience to visit the points of interest of Abu Dhabi and drive around the emirate. Zaid, the tour guide, was very friendly!
Its worth the time and trip to go to Abu Dhabi see the beautiful mosque and get to experience the city in a day by checking out some of the landmarks and even getting to go inside the Emirates Palace and be able to see the Etihad Towers from the Palace. This gives you an idea of all the places and what to do in Abu Dhabi if you are short on time and dont have time to properly spend days in abu dhabi and want to plan out your trip there in the future. Our driver Zaid was great, friendly and courteous. He drove us around and showed us around the city and gave us good info. Yas Island alone can take a whole day so you wont get to experience or enjoy Yas Island but you'll know what to do and where to spend your time on your next trip.
The guide/driver's English wasn't very good so you only got a half interpretation of the of the sites. Furthermore, the description written in the advertising was deceptive making you think this trip is private. We spent the first two hours of the morning in a hot car picking up other passangers whom the driver couldn't seem to find and never told us about. The tour itself was a hop-out-get-your-photo-taken at a famous site and hop back in the hot van all day long. But the WORST was, we were forced into going to the "Miraj Islam Arts Center." It is none of those things. They take you into what looks like a museum, but is nothing more than a high priced showroom at which they try to sell you outrageously over-priced, dubious "antiques" such as carpets, jewelry, and famous gowns worn by princesses. Oh and by the way, out of the entire day you ony get 90 minutes at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
