Onze eerste stop is bij de Sheikh Zayed Grand-moskee, een van de grootste en mooiste moskeeën ter wereld; in staat om een indrukwekkend aantal van meer dan 30.000 aanbidders te huisvesten. - Dames die de moskee bezoeken, moeten hun hoofd bedekken met een sjaal en geen korte broeken, strandkleding of mouwloze outfits dragen omdat ze volledig bedekt moeten zijn.
- Mannen die de moskee bezoeken, moeten een lange broek dragen
- De Cultural Foundation & Al Husn Palace is gesloten voor renovatie in Abu Dhabi en is daarom niet opgenomen in de reisroute van Abu Dhabi

We had a great day with our driver Umair Shah. He explained everything in detail to us about the individual sights. Also the time we visited the mosque etc. was still quite empty of crowds. All in all, we can highly recommend Umair Shah to spend a great stopover day in Abu Dhabi.

Good summary of Abu Dhabi. Guide M. Dubais gave good explanations about life, culture and economy of Abu Dhabi. Instructive. All a bit far apart though.
