I paid for a sedan but I got a 14 passenger van. I chose a sedan for the comfort for the 35 minute ride. The van wasn’t comfortable.

If you book private transport with this company, you must be prepared that it will be made without notice as “shared transport”! Only after intervention we were refunded half of the fare: but we calculated exactly when we would like to be picked up from the hotel! If the “shared transport” had ended at least at the airport, we would have been only moderately upset: No: The “detour” went via ship terminal! Honestly, we were really afraid we would be kidnapped or something else (I'm serious!!!!) Zero info!!! If there were a zero-star rating, we would have also given 1-star, because we got half the fare back after all! But the insouciant answer the next day, when I pointed out that my money had not yet been transferred, speaks volumes!!! Never again!! Anyone who books a ride with such a transport company has probably NOT read this review!!!
Experience was terrible. Waiting in lines early hours of the morning because your driver didn’t turn up. Very unhappy😡
