- Voertuigen zijn opvouwbaar en rolstoeltoegankelijk, op aanvraag indien aangegeven tijdens het reserveren. Vanwege verzekeringsregelgeving kan de chauffeur passagiers echter niet helpen bij het in- en uitstappen
- Elke passagier mag zonder extra kosten 2 stuks bagage en 1 persoonlijk item meenemen

Extremely long wait times, overbooked van, rude customer service. Would NEVER recommend to anyone!!!
We waited 20 minutes for the bus to arrive, and they had to pick up a few more people from 2 different locations.
Wish they would let you know where they are meeting you. Difficult finding where they pick you up. Drivers were great. Ladies answering phones a bit hateful.
Our driver was amazing. Getting us from the airport to our hotel in a good amount of time so we can get our vacation started. He offered us recommendations on places to eat and places we can visit.
Our driver was awesome! Nice conversations, lots of laughter..it was a great ride from he airport to Waikiki.
The driver was great! The vehicle clean! We received no actual info on where to find the bus. you need to work on that! I ran around and made three calls before I got correct info. It held up the other passengers as well!
Once I knew where the shuttle was going to pick me up, it was easy. However, the wait was about 25 for the shuttle to arrive, so needed to have called sooner once I was off the plane.
Excellent service, however, it could better indicate the place to take the transport. Fortunately, we had cellular network, which is not necessarily the case for everyone.
It was difficult finding the location for pick-up and we had to wait 2 hours for a shuttle to pick us up.
The ride was uneventful. The only issue I have is that directions for where the pick up is is not very clear. I have found this in Hawaii and Alaska
