CONTACTGEGEVENS NA AANKOMST OP DE LUCHTHAVEN VAN CANCUN Wanneer u aankomt op de internationale luchthaven van Cancun, volg dan deze aanwijzingen om de chauffeur te vinden die u naar uw bestemming brengt: "We raden aan om tijdens uw verblijf in het Mexicaanse Caribisch gebied de WhatsApp-app te downloaden om de communicatie te vergemakkelijken en uw ervaring te verbeteren." Toon bij aankomst uw bevestigingsvoucher op uw telefoon aan de medewerker van het bedrijf en de chauffeur. • Zodra u op de luchthaven van Cancun bent geland, ontvangt u een sms- of WhatsApp-bericht van de luchthavenvertegenwoordiger van het bedrijf. Vervolgens moet u eerst door de immigratie- en douaneformaliteiten. We zullen uw vlucht en de aankomstterminal in de gaten houden tot uw vertrek... Nadat u de immigratiecontrole bent gepasseerd, uw bagage heeft opgehaald en de douane bent gepasseerd, ziet u langs de gang aanbieders van timeshare-appartementen en vervoersdiensten. Ze zullen proberen je gratis rondleidingen aan te bieden en je te helpen met je transfers. NEGEER ZE ALSTUBLIEFT (spreek ze niet aan en loop gewoon door). Zoek ons team op zodra u door de grote schuifdeur naar buiten gaat; we wachten u op in het gedeelte waar alle andere transportbedrijven gevestigd zijn. • De vertegenwoordiger van het bedrijf zal u begroeten met een tablet waarop uw naam staat en zal een groen shirt met lange mouwen dragen. Ga direct naar de uitgang. Als een vertegenwoordiger van een ander bureau of hotel u probeert tegen te houden – er zijn veel oplichters – stop dan alstublieft niet en help ons door direct naar onze vertegenwoordiger te gaan (we staan daar op u te wachten, dus geloof mensen niet die zeggen dat ons team al vertrokken is of dat ze u uw geld teruggeven). Onze luchthavenmedewerkers dragen een uniform bestaande uit een appelgroen shirt en een zwarte broek. Al onze vertegenwoordigers en chauffeurs beschikken tevens over een geautoriseerde luchthavenidentificatie. Als het langer dan een uur duurt voordat u na de landing de terminal verlaat vanwege uw luchtvaartmaatschappij, verloren bagage of een andere reden, en als u onze chauffeur niet ziet wanneer u de luchthaven verlaat, neem dan contact met ons op. Wij streven ernaar een vlotte, punctuele en comfortabele transportservice te bieden. Houd rekening met de volgende beleidsregels: Er worden geen extra kosten in rekening gebracht als leden van uw reisgezelschap met verschillende vluchten aankomen, mits u ons hiervan vooraf op de hoogte stelt. Indien we niet van tevoren op de hoogte worden gesteld en er op het laatste moment wijzigingen, langere wachttijden of extra reizen binnen de luchthaven plaatsvinden, worden er extra kosten in rekening gebracht vanwege de extra logistieke werkzaamheden. Als u een kinderstoel nodig heeft, kunt u dit vooraf aanvragen bij uw reservering (maximaal 2 stoelen per reservering). Helaas hebben we op korte termijn of op het laatste moment geen kinderzitjes beschikbaar. Dit ticket is geldig voor een enkele reis. Wilt u een retourreis, dan dient u een ander ticket te boeken. Loved everything about this experience from pick up to drop off The pick up: First they greet you at the airport roll your bags to your car offer cool, hand towels as your walking into the vehicle they have also to refreshments. The ride was very smooth, and you can hook up to the ox if necessary. The drop off: They arrived to the resort 20 minutes early with the same experience of the cool towel and refreshments. I would absolutely book this again.

That means a great deal to us. Cool towels at pickup, refreshments both ways, a smooth ride with connectivity on board and a chauffeur who showed up early because punctuality is a standard, not a bonus. What started as a great experience ended with my phone being held hostage for two days. The driver was friendly, on time, and the SUV was clean. Everything seemed great. The problem started when we arrived at the marina for our ferry to Isla Mujeres. About five minutes after being dropped off, I realized I had left my phone in the vehicle. The marina staff actually held the boat for nearly 20 minutes while we desperately tried to reach the driver, hoping he could turn around before the ferry departed. We called the driver multiple times and contacted the company, but received no response. Eventually, the ferry had to leave without the driver returning. After our resort contacted the company on our behalf, we were told they had my phone and could return it for a $60 fee. While frustrating, I agreed because my phone contained everything I needed for both my trip and my business. Then the story changed. We were later told it would actually cost $150, and they would not return the phone to the marina to get to me. Instead, we were told the only way to get my phone back was to use their transportation service for our return trip—something we had never planned on doing. As a result, I was without my phone for two full days and felt like I had no choice but to pay for transportation that I didn't want just to retrieve my own property. I completely understand charging a reasonable fee to return a forgotten item. What I don't understand is changing the agreed-upon amount and refusing to return the item unless additional services are purchased. The transportation itself was great. The way the lost phone situation was handled was not. As a travel agent myself, I will definitely not be recommending that my clients use this company. If you book with them PLEASE triple-check that you have all of your belongings before getting out of the vehicle. If something gets left behind, expect to be at their mercy to get it back.

WiFi, beer, perfectly clean and brand new Suburban to get from Cancun airport to playa del Carmen. They went the EXTRA mile by helping us retrieve a lost phone from immigration. They communicated before via WhatsApp which is great. We were able to get kids seats for 2 and 3 year old. Cool clothes and hand sanitizer at the SUV. Darwin was very nice.

Joaquin was the best driver we’ve ever had. He gave detailed history about all of the spots between Cancun and Tulum and took care of us better than we could have imagined! Ask him about his conch playing :) 20 out of 10! Highly recommended! Will be requesting from now on!

STP Caribe was excellent. From the airport they were easy to find. Our greater was very friendly and guided us to our driver. Our driver Alfredo Ramos was awesome. Very helpful and had plenty of refreshments. Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend

He decorated the interior with streamers and balloons and it started our trip on such a happy note :) The SUV was clean and stocked with beer and waters.
