Faneuil Hall Marketplace is een levendige hub langs de Freedom Trail en combineert geschiedenis en moderne charme met zijn geplaveide looppaden, straatartiesten en een grote verscheidenheid aan lokale voedselverkopers en winkels. Ooit een ontmoetingsplaats voor de vroege revolutionairen van Amerika, is Faneuil Hall Marketplace nu een bruisende verzamelplek gevuld met lokale smaak!
Op een steenworp afstand van Faneuil Hall bedient deze legendarische plek sinds de jaren 1700 Bostonianen - waardoor het de oudste continu werkende taverne van het land is. Bell in Hand is een klassieker uit Boston uit 1795 en verwelkomt al meer dan twee eeuwen de lokale bevolking en bezoekers — het bewijs dat goede verhalen en koude dranken nooit uit de mode raken. We bezoeken voor een kust New England zeevruchten Classic, en je bent van harte welkom om een glas koud lokaal brouwsel te heffen als je wilt! Je leert ook een beetje geheime grilligheid over de schilderijen die de muren sieren.
Haymarket is een Bostonse traditie sinds het begin van de 19e eeuw en is een bruisende openluchtmarkt waar lokale verkopers elk weekend verse producten, zeevruchten en meer verkopen tegen onverslaanbare prijzen.
Boston Public Market is een all-indoor, het hele jaar door Marketplace met de beste lokale verkopers van de stad, van verse producten en zeevruchten tot ambachtelijke goederen en regionale specialiteiten.
Government Center combineert het oude en nieuwe Boston, van strakke stadsgebouwen tot een glinsterende knipoog naar het theeminnende verleden van de stad. Wonderful tour! The food was delicious and good serving sizes. Interesting facts and just the right amount of walking vs. sitting in cool restaurants. Great way to spend 3 hours of the day! Would liked to have heard more historical information about the city - but did get great historical information about the food scene. It was a small group and we received a lot of personal attention.

This is a wonderful overview of Boston’s famous foods. Katie was a great guide. She is knowledgeable and fun. This is our very favorite food tour ever! Each spot had a nice space set up for us and a gave us a really nice-sized portion. The final stop was the nicest! This is a must do for foodies and some great history thrown in too. More food than you can eat. Highly recommend!
