Stap aan boord van een verwarmde en overdekte grachtenboot met Blue Boat Company en geniet van een 90 minuten durende wintercruise door de verlichte grachten van Amsterdam. Vaar langs de festivalroute terwijl de grachten, bruggen en historische grachtenpanden van de stad worden getransformeerd door lichtkunst. Vanaf het water kunt u genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op de kunstwerken en hun reflecties terwijl u warm en comfortabel aan boord blijft. Deze editie wil ons publiek verbinden, ontroeren of inspireren met lichtkunst die vele aspecten van rituelen weerspiegelt, zoals ritme, herhaling, performativiteit, symboliek, continuïteit en herinnering.

after an initial mix-up with the tickets (my fault) we were able to join the tour we wanted. All the staff were fabulous; friendly, helpful and welcoming. The tour was a great way to see Amsterdam at night with the added bonus of the festive light installations and the captain added information in addition to the commentary. I would most definitely recommend Blue Boat Company
"Recently we enjoyed a fantastic cruise with a nice group of the Plusbus from Bussum at Blue Boat Company. From the warm welcome to the docking, everything was taken care of to perfection. The boat was easily accessible, which was very pleasant for our passengers. The staff showed a lot of patience and helpfulness, which immediately created a relaxed atmosphere. The canals of Amsterdam provided a beautiful backdrop and the stories through the audio guide were incredibly fascinating. It was an afternoon of admiration and conviviality. An absolute must for any group outing; we will definitely be back!"
Left at 50m from the Museum area. Night festival during Christmas holiday season was spectacular. Our driver and guide, Brian, did a brilliant job.
Slices small and misty. Furniture much too tight. Waste of money because you can't look out. Unpleasant passengers.
It was super especially the blonde lady (I thought her name was Tineke ) was great, she was so nice with the kids we had a really nice day and super experience thanks to the great staff 😃

What an absolutely ridiculous experience!!! It was a rainy day and despite the fact that we were waiting like sheep out there in the cold for 40 minutes without any update, we finally entered a boat that was supposed to be a luxury boat (we booked for what was called 'Amsterdam Light Festival Canal Cruise on Luxury Boat' with Amsterdam Boat Experience) and instead of luxury or even a decent closed boat, there was a boat with detachable plastic hood and as a result everything was wet inside, we were adivsed to open a window because we couldn't really watch anything through the plastic, so the water was dripping all over us and finally we had the whole tour soaking wet to the bone !!! I was severely pissed though the whole process and just wanted to end. I can only describe this as a total scum. Of course, the girl that was our guide was very polite, nothing to do with her, just the description of the service provided is severely misleading!!!
Hi doraz603, Sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. We believe you have the wrong canal cruise company as we don't have any boats with a detachable plastic hood. We only have boats that are fully covered and heated or small, open boats. In addition, we don't promote our boats as a luxury boat anywhere. We visited Amsterdam during the Light Festival - it's so beautiful to hear about the concept and details that went into the art with a stunning glassed boat that showed Amsterdam buzzing at night. I'd highly recommend going at around sunset time - absolutely stunning and would highly recommend it!

Great ride! In winter, we see the night lighting and the Amsterdam Light Festival. Outside, asexplucacoes sobrw various tourist points. Very nice!
We were a couple of friends taking this tour. The service of the captain was very lame which even included insulting the audience. It felt like a school trip. The art is of a personal taste but it was hard to enjoy it with the ambience in the boat. Very disappointing given we take the most expensive your which should have been of higher level. Definitely won't go again on this tour or any similar by this company.
