Deze Ground Zero-wandeltocht begint Battery Park, waar de gastheer je langs Wall St en de NY Stock Exchange brengt terwijl we richting Ground Zero gaan. We bezoeken St Paul's Chapel, bekend als de "Little Chapel That Stood", bekend als het oudste openbare gebouw dat nog steeds actief wordt gebruikt in NYC. Het was een wonder dat deze kerk al het vallende puin van het World Trade Center 1 blok verderop heeft overleefd. Omdat het zo'n hechte familie van vermiste dierbaren was, gebruikte het hek als een prikbord om borden te plaatsen op zoek naar vermiste familieleden en werd het hart van de reddingsdagen na de brute aanval. We zullen de brandweerkazerne van de New York Memorial-muur bezoeken om te zien wat de eerstehulpverleners op deze dag hebben meegemaakt en gedaan en de brandweerkazerne op ground zero. Het invoeren van ground zero of het National 9/11 Memorial gebouwd ter nagedachtenis aan de 2.753 slachtoffers van de aanval op het World Trade Center toen het vliegtuig neerstortte in toren 1 en 2. Upgrade naar 911 National 11 September Museum. Multimediadisplays, verhalen en artefacten.

Oculus is het Latijnse woord voor 'oog', wat in de architectuur verwijst naar een ronde of oogachtige opening met uitzicht op de lucht. Kijk omhoog door de ramen en je ziet Freedom Tower.
Betreed het 911 Museum met exclusieve skip the line-toegang. Toegang tot het museum is alleen inbegrepen als die optie is geselecteerd.

I was given tickets for the 9-11 museum and when I tried to use them the museum said they had already been used. I contacted viator and they said the vendor refused to provide a refund. The vendor attractions4us has horrible reviews online and would not use them. I am also aggravated that viator is sponsoring this company and then did not support me, I will not be using viator in the future.

I believe due to the actual 9/11 activities there was quite a bit of confusion I first scheduled our tour for 11:30 then was notified it was changed to 1:30 arrived but was told by police that it wasn’t opening until 3pm unfortunately had other plans later contacted the sales people to cancel or credit to today they said they couldn’t do that so that was a waste of $200.very very disappointing

Wonderful and informative tour. Our tour guide, Leanne Littlestone was extremely knowlegable and enthusiastic on the history of New York and 9/11. The pace was very good for us and the group (five in total) was kept together. Group size was perfect for the tour. I would recommend this tour and especially the tour guide to anyone visiting New York and wanting an insight into the city's history.

Nina was a wonderful guide who taught us some history on the way to the memorial. As an American, I felt I needed to see this memorial in my lifetime. I remember 9/11 but the museum brings back the feelings I had when it happened. Glad I went, will never forget.

Cesar was great. He lived in New York 30 years and had great insight to the city. Nice tour of the surrounding area before viewing the World Trade Center grounds. Learned lots of fun historical tidbits.
Simply bad! Booked through TUI Experiences, there was already some confusion in advance about when you should be where. The voucher lists various meeting points - when I asked, I was suddenly told that you could go straight to the museum, etc. I had booked 3 attractions in New York - but in the end I couldn't get into ANY of them. QR codes were missing and the provider was unreachable - neither for me nor for TUI. No one had ever seen a voucher like that on site and we were ultimately refused entry every time. Really poor - better to buy it directly on site, it's cheaper too. Pure rip-off.
