Wij bieden pick-up voor alle klanten. 1. We kunnen de klant ophalen van alle hotels in Singapore. 2. Ophaal-/brenglocatie in Jurong, Woodland of Maleisische grens is onderhevig aan een extra toeslag van SGD20 per voertuig te betalen aan de bestuurder. 3. Kinderzitje kan geregeld worden tegen SGD20.00 onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid en dient vooraf geboekt. 4. Voor klanten die deelnemen aan de tour met bagage, gelieve ons vooraf te informeren naar ervoor te zorgen dat het voertuig plaats biedt aan de tassen. Er kan een toeslag van toepassing zijn voor een geüpgraded voertuig om plaats te bieden aan de tassen. 5. Als pick-up van cruise. Geef de cruisenaam van tevoren door om deze op de dag van aankomst te verifiëren en bij te werken.

- Gelicentieerde Gids beschikbaar op aanvraag bij SGD 60 / uur voor Engels of Chinees, en SGD 100 / uur voor Tamil, Italiaans, Spaans of Frans (gelieve ons ten minste 48 uur van tevoren).

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Ashton. He was very patient and willing to go at our pace for the entire tour. He allowed us to take a couple photo opportunities for famous landmarks such as the Merlion and the Vortex in the Singapore airport. We also enjoy the flexibility of the itinerary schedule. I booked an 8 hour tour with this company. My driver was a lovely lady named Lynn. First I was exhausted and lost. She went out of her way to find me in the airport. She was very educated and had so much patience while I took pictures and had lunch. All her recommendations and timing allowed me to basically see all of Singapore in a day. I learned (and got to see) the history, religions (temples), cultures. I was extremely happy with my day trip (12 hour layover) with Lynn.

We visited Singapore from March 1–3 as a pre-cruise stay and only had one full day to explore. Booking a private tour with Quexotic Travel and Tours was the best decision we made — especially with Qamarul as our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and customized our tour to maximize our limited time. Our original booking was for four hours in the morning, but since we still wanted to see more, he suggested adding an evening tour so we could experience Singapore during the day and at night. It was an amazing private tour. Our tour guide, Lynn, was very knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about Singapore. Her explanations were so interesting, and she shared a lot of information not only about the sightseeing spots but also about Singapore itself. Her time management was perfect and very flexible. This service is a SCAM! It’s transportation service only so you pay over $300 USD when you can get a GRAB for much cheaper. I have no idea how these people are still on business and Nana is RUDE. The driver Thomas was ok but I don’t even know if it was actually Thomas because I saw him texting someone from the same company with the same name. Very suspicious. A terrible experience.

This service is designed to transport guests between the selected attractions. A licensed tour guide is not included in this booking, and this is clearly stated in the booking details under “What’s Included / What’s Not Included” on the platform. In Singapore, private-hire drivers are legally permitted to provide transportation services only. They are not allowed to conduct walking tours, accompany guests on foot, or act as tour guides unless they hold a valid tour guide license issued by the Singapore Tourism Board. During our communication, you requested the driver to walk together with you and assist with taking photos. Unfortunately, this is not permitted under Singapore regulations for private-hire drivers. Our team attempted to explain this through messages and phone calls in order to clarify the situation. Regarding the driver, the assigned driver for your booking was indeed from our company and completed the service as scheduled. We take customer service very seriously and always aim to communicate professionally and transparently with our guests. We respectfully disagree with the characterization of our service as a “scam.” Our service operates fully in accordance with the booking terms, the platform description, and Singapore tourism regulations.
the places we visited were greatt. the problems were the bus wait time. we waited over 45 min when a bus broke down. the biggest problem was tour was supposed to end at 9:30. because of errors to direction from other travelers we didnt get to our hotel till after 11:30. we drove past our hotel 3 times on the way to drop off other travelers and didnt stop. the tour was fine the bus ride was not
