What a fantastic time we had with our guide Mark on this tour. I would thoroughly recommend it, and especially if you are an active person, and want to do a bit more than just get on and off the bus. We loved all the activities, hiking, cycling and kayaking, it was brilliant

I finished my second tour with Overland Ireland last week, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I did the Great Atlantic Adventure tour this time. I'm not a bike rider, so our guide, Mark, recommended some great paths for hiking while the others were riding the bikes. He also did a fantastic job in keeping everything organized and making sure that we all had a great experience. After two tours with Overland, I wouldn't hesitate to book another tour with them

Our 7day tour of Ireland was better than advertised. Our guide, Cathal, was the best. From the beginning, he took great care in making sure that we got the most out of our experience. We could count on him for everything, including keeping us on schedule, safe transport, sharing his insights on the local history and even making dinner reservations for us at multiple stops. We hit the highlights of Ireland everyday while also having some time to ourselves to relax each evening. I would highly recommend this trip with Overland.

In April 2026, I traveled as a solo traveler on the active 7-Day Great Atlantic Adventure Tour, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The tour was filled with charming towns, Ireland’s must-see highlights, incredible accommodations, amazing food, and countless laughs along the way. What truly made this experience exceptional was our tour guide, Pat O'Mara. Pat was incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and an exceptionally safe driver. Throughout the tour, he shared fascinating stories and local history about the towns and counties we visited, guided us through each stop, and provided plenty of recommendations and options for things to do during our overnight stays. He also arranged optional group dinner reservations each evening, which helped create a wonderful sense of camaraderie among the travelers. Pat consistently went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a memorable experience. When the Irish weather didn't cooperate, he had alternative activities and suggestions ready, making sure we made the most of every day.
