We took the 5-day trip and everything was so smooth. The guides Khandu and Lotay are experts, friendly, accommodating to our requests and very experienced. The hotels we stayed at were carefully arranged for our honeymoon. They ensured that we were taken care of throughout our trip. The highlight would be the hike to Tiger’s Nest which the guides did with us too. It was a spectacular experience.

My son and I just came back from a trip to Bhutan with Bhutan Best Travel and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The tour was extremely well organized and communication prior to arrival via WhatsApp was easy and fast. They took care of our visas and flights (we flew in from Singapore) which was helpful as the flights could not be booked online. A special thank you to our guide Sangay and our driver Khandu. Both of them truly went beyond their roles throughout the trip. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and light-hearted which made every day enjoyable. They constantly thought a step ahead about what we might need and did their best to avoid crowds so we could fully enjoy each destination peacefully. We learned a lot about Bhutanese culture and Buddhism and thoroughly enjoyed the hiking, stunning scenery and peaceful nature. The itinerary was very well planned, but they were also flexible and quick to adapt when weather conditions required changes. Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend Bhutan Best Travel to anyone visiting Bhutan!

Amazing experience to the ‘first negative carbon country in the world’ & where ‘GNH guides all development process’. We are humbled by the Bhutanese hospitality, effort to preserve their tradition, sincere spirituality, reverence for their King. Bhutan Best Travel was meticulous in all its arrangements by the knowledgeable guide Sonam & careful driver Pema, from the picnic tea & biscuits during the hikes, dinner in a local farmhouse, Paro Tshechu on final day graced by His Majesty The King. It was a most memorable trip for us.

We were treated with great care. The guides and driver helped us in every situation. They planned the trip exactly as we wanted; had we known, we would have requested additional activities that we hadn't planned on but would have enjoyed. The accommodations were very comfortable, and we were given excellent rooms with beautiful views. We really enjoyed the food; it was generally made with fresh, local ingredients. They prepared several surprises for us that weren't included in the package, always very attentive to our well-being. Our guide fell ill, and they replaced her during the trip for her own good and to avoid infecting us. We would have liked a bit more peace and quiet while shopping.

We had an amazing time in Bhutan. Have been recommending Bhutan and our tour group to friends and family. Jaclyn, our liaison, was so friendly, responsive, and helpful. Our guide Lotay (Kuenden) and driver Ugyen were knowledgeable, funny, and took such good care of us. We visited Paro, Thimphu, Gangtey, Punakha. Went for 3 beautiful hikes, visited many dzongs and monasteries with incredible history and architecture, and managed to catch the black-necked cranes in Phobjikha valley. The weather was perfect, and we got perfect views of the Himalayas too. Would highly recommend.

We booked our 7 day 6 night trip to Bhutan through Jacquie. She was very responsive, efficient and thoroughly professional. Our trip started when our tour guide, Passang and our driver Sangay picked us up from the international airport in Paro. We visited beautiful monasteries, museums, stupas, lakhangs, dzongs and marketplaces. Passang is very knowledgeable about the history of the country and she helped us understand the Bhutanese culture and explained about the customs. Since we were interested in meditation in monasteries, she customized our tour to our satisfaction. She would call ahead to hotels and restaurants to make sure we had a good room with a view or have vegetarian food for us. The highlight was our hike up to Tiger’s Nest. Both Passang and Sangay hiked with us all the way and brought breakfast, coffee and snacks during the hike. Sangay is a super nice guy with excellent driving skills. They both went over and beyond to make our trip the best ever.

It was a truly memorable experience for my wife and I. Bhutan really offers something very unique to the world and we're glad to have had this glimpse into this mystical land. Our agency exceeded all expectations. From the ease and flexibility during initial planning process to the exquisite care taken by our guide (Sangay) have made the trip one to cherish. Every aspect of the trip from flights, visa, hotel, meals, entrance is taken care by our agency. Which leaves us completely free to indulge in what Bhutan has to offer. Our guide was not only very attentive and pleasant but is a walking encyclopedia for everything Bhutan. We did a 3 day Druk Trek Path trekking during our stay and it's something we would recommend if you want to experience raw nature, but be advised that certain level of physical fitness and endurance is needed.

Your kindness and care, especially towards the elderly in our group, did not go unnoticed. I know it must have been physically tough guiding them down Tiger Cave Temple, yet none of you ever complained—you just kept smiling and showing up for all of us with such grace.
