It is my first time to do safari and I had great experience with the itinerary provided to me. Our driver/tour guide, Mark, is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have physical challenge, so Mark was very conscious and mindful of my condition and actually guided me when we explored the gorge in Hell’s Gate, which was very challenging for me. A special thanks to Leslie who diligently answered my queries and attended to my needs. Since I was happy with their service, I actually commissioned them to do my multiple airport transfers.

We had an amazing safari experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish: the pick-ups, the accommodations, and above all, the game drives. The guides were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, always making sure we felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. The itinerary was very well balanced, combining long game drives with time to relax, and we were lucky enough to see all the Big Five, plus many other animals in their natural habitat. The jeep was comfortable, the hotels exceeded our expectations, and the food was great. Communication with the agency before and during the trip was smooth and quick — they were always available to answer our questions. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about doing a safari in Kenya.
