Wij zijn de enige zipline die boven een van de meest bezochte natuurwonderen in Arenal loopt, de beroemde La Fortuna-waterval, en biedt een uniek en adembenemend uitzicht. We had the best time and I’m so glad we did it. This is our first time zip lining. My husband is afraid of heights and as I’ve gotten older I’m not a fan either but we wanted to do this with the kids, age 19 and 17. The guides were great and made us feel comfortable. There are safety videos and guidelines. Just follow their instructions and you’ll be fine. They have 7 zip lines and each one is different - highest, fastest etc. you also zip pass the La Fortuna waterfall. You’re not allowed to bring your phones, you have a locker to lock your personal items. They have a photographer taking your photos and videos. We are family of 4 - each person had a video and multiple photos taken. It cost $60 total for the 4 of us. Recommend buying it for the memories. I would recommend this tour!
Originally we booked four tickets for our family. Once my daughter got to the top of the first platform, she became very scared and was unable to go through with it so we got down. Unfortunately they refused to refund our two tickets even though we did not do the courses. My husband and other daughter did say they enjoyed it very much. They also seem to take safety very seriously which I appreciated.
We completely understand that heights can feel very different once you're standing on that first platform, especially for a first-time experience. Our team will always respect a guest's decision not to continue if they don't feel comfortable. We're glad your husband and daughter enjoyed the adventure and that our commitment to safety stood out to you. Regarding the refund, our activities were operating normally and safely that day, and our refund policy applies when an activity must be cancelled due to circumstances such as weather conditions. When a guest chooses not to continue for personal reasons, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund. We appreciate your understanding and hope your family still takes home some great memories from your time in Arenal.
Zip lining was such a blast! We had such a great time. The activity was very well organized and efficient. The guides were awesome! Everyone was friendly and having a great time. They made me feel safe and secure. I never felt anxious or scared at all! I wish we would have done the 12 line tour, but the 7 lines were fantastic nonetheless. Worth every penny! Awesome views. I took my phone with me on a lanyard and was able to get videos! Better yet, the staff takes a video and photos of you that you can purchase. So glad I did as they turned out great! Huge smiles in every photo. They have lockers at the office for no additional charge to store your things. There was a safety orientation and the guides helped everyone put on their harnesses and helmets. I highly recommend Arenal Mundo Aventura for your trip to La Fortuna. Thank you, AMA!

We had a brilliant time on the 7 zipline course. The free pick up and return was really helpful and saved money on Ubers. Out guides, Jose and Daniel were amazing. I had never ziplined before and was super scared and not sure if I would be able to do it. Jose and Daniel were so laid back and supportive and allowed me to tandem ride the first 4 lines and I completed the course and genuinely enjoyed it. The rest of my family also thoroughly enjoyed the experience so would highly recommend.

it was a unique experience and together with the guides who helped us, Carlos and Bryan, they helped us overcome our fears and be able to enjoy the views of the two waterfalls, it is an experience that without a doubt will have to be repeated, everything was very cool!!
