Bezoek de grootste boeddhistische tempel in Latijns-Amerika, geïnstalleerd in een gebied te midden van groen en omgeven door prachtige tuinen met bloemen, evenals bewaarde overblijfselen van het Atlantische Woud met een kleine brug in Japanse stijl. De typische architectuur van een Oosterse Tempel is een apart hoofdstuk waardoor we ons in Azië waant. Daarnaast zijn er overal sculpturen, een museum, winkel en een vegetarisch restaurant.
Bezoek na uw bezoek aan de Zu Lai-tempel het nabijgelegen charmante stadje Embu das Artes. Het is een van die inspirerende steden in het binnenland die reizigers vaak bezoeken als ze een ander scenario willen zien vluchten voor de drukte van de grote stad. Het is het meest bekend om zijn Crafts Fair, die plaatsvindt in het historische centrum van de stad. De beurs heeft meer dan 700 exposanten van verschillende soorten handwerk, zoals keramiek, schilderijen, sculpturen, handgemaakt voedsel en zelfs kleding en sieraden. Er zijn prachtige voorwerpen uit hout gesneden en rustieke meubels. Het staat opgesteld op het centrale plein en straalt straten uit met veel gezellige cafés en een groot aantal eetgelegenheden waar u kunt lunchen en heerlijke Braziliaanse typische gerechten en desserts kunt proeven. Marinelio was my wonderful guide on this easygoing 6 hour tour.Attentive, very informative and engaging, we toured the tranquil and beautiful Buddhist Temple and grounds and enjoyed the exciting creations of local artisans at Embu das Artes, for which there were no admission fees. I did this tour alone and I loved knowing Embu das Artes, a beautiful little village worth touring and buying its crafts and paintings of excellent quality. My guide Fabio was super attentive and guided me throughout the tour where to shop, eat and what places might interest me according to my tastes. In the Zu Lai Temple the tour was very beautiful and the place lends itself to be more time and spend the afternoon in relaxation. I wanted to come back in the future with my family and friends, it is a beautiful tour and definitely worth it if you have an extra day in Sao Paulo! 100% Recommended!!
