Elena and Lance helped book us a custom itinerary for 35 days visiting 4 countries in SEA and we are very happy with the results. Great trip! Guides and drivers were fantastic. Because it was a private tour, we set the time and agenda. No waiting for people from the tour. No getting up to be on the bus at 8am. We combined this trip with a 7 day trip to Laos, then customized it to what we wanted to see and do. My friend and I are older, so neither of us wanted anything too difficult or rushed. The only hiccup that occurred was when we got to one hotel in Laos, and they didn't have our reservation. We called our contact in Cambodia after hours, who stopped what she was doing and took care of the situation. She was fantastic. Indochina Tours did send the booking to this hotel per the itinerary, but the hotel never confirmed the booking, then had no vacancies when we arrived. She had to book us at a different hotel. Then had a car come get us and we were at the new hotel within the hour. Amazing trip, and i would use this tour company again for future travels to S.E. Asia.
