Great tour! Our guide Sophie was enthusiastic, spoke very clearly and was a wealth of knowledge. We saw all the major sites and learned a lot.

This tour had everything we asked for in a guided visit to a city. And Buenos Aires is impressive, a marvel, but the main credit goes to the guide, Hernán Serpa, who provides extraordinary information (we love that, as we want to learn as much as possible about the places we visit), and he took us, in addition to the traditional tourist spots, to some less frequented ones. A 10 for him and our most sincere congratulations. In short, an absolutely recommended tour.

The experience was phenomenal! Pick-up was spot on time. Safe comfortable transport. Umbrellas for the rain offered. Endearing crew with Saul and Sofia at the helm. Meal was in the package. Very tasty indeed. No rush and very informative. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the tour exploring Buenos Aires with Ailin as tour guide and Walter as the driver. We were 6 tourists. The tour lasted approximately 5 hours and I was picked up from my hotel and was dropped off after the tour. I chose the tour with snack included. Overall, I learned a lot about Buenos Aires and got to see the selected tourist spots of the city. I like the famous bookstore, the architectural buildings and the Caminito area. Highly recommended to start your adventure in Buenos Aires.

Amazing experience with our wonderful guide Veronica and driver Santiago. Veronica made the tour so interesting and gave the right amount of info. We left feeling like we had a good understanding of Buenos Aires, the history, layout and culture. Fully recommend. We did the tour on a Saturday so there was less traffic and easy to get around the city.

Excellent introduction for a first time visitor to BA. A fair amount of walking. Optional snack add on is 2 empanadas or an alternative with a beverage. Professional, friendly guide and bus driver.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations described when we booked the tour. Due to travel delays getting to Buenos Aires, we had to cancel all of our other planned tours. We kept this one because we hoped it would help us make the most of our limited time in the city and give us a meaningful introduction to the main sites. Because the tour was a small group, we expected to see quite a lot in a short amount of time and hoped to receive helpful recommendations for other places we should visit during our stay. We even upgraded from the 3-hour tour to the 5-hour tour because we hoped to see more. Instead, it seemed the additional time was simply used for longer breaks to “enjoy a coffee.” Our tour was 4 hours long, not the 5 hours we expected.  Many of the sites listed as stops were only drive-bys. The guide pointed things out from the vehicle, but often the sites were difficult or impossible to see from the windows. It felt similar to a hop-on, hop-off bus, except without the ability to get off and explore. When we were given free time, the guide did not show us around or fully explain what to do or see. Directions were unclear. Two different times, I asked whether he could show us around or recommend specific things to see nearby. Both times his response was simply, “Free time. Enjoy a coffee.” The guide was nice, but not helpful. We chose a guided tour because we wanted to learn more about the history and culture of Buenos Aires and have someone actively guide us through the areas we visited. Unfortunately, this tour fell short in all of those areas. At the end of the tour, we chose to finish in Puerto Madero because the vehicle did not actually stop where we could properly see the bridge. We had only driven past it and could not see it well from the window. After ending the tour early, we walked to the bridge ourselves and then returned to several places we had previously only driven past so we could actually see them. This also created an unexpected Uber expense. It is possible that our guide was simply new or inexperienced, or maybe he thought we really wanted the free time for coffee, as other travelers who wrote reviews appear to have enjoyed this tour. However, we requested a guide because we wanted a fully guided tour. I've tried contacting the tour company directly via email and the messaging platform in Trip Advisor, but have not received a response.
