Deze 5D3N-route naar Palawan brengt je naar meer bestemmingen dan ooit. Bij aankomst incheck je in je hotel in Puerto Princesa, waar je 1 nacht doorbrengt. Op je tweede dag bezoek je de wereldberoemde Underground River voordat je naar El Nido gaat om te genieten van de schoonheid van Bacuit Bay. Eenmaal in El Nido heb je 2 dagen eilandhoppen: Tours A en C. Beide bieden een geweldige manier om de verschillende toeristische bestemmingen, stranden en eilanden aan Bacuit Bay te ervaren. Op je laatste dag ga je terug naar Puerto Princesa om je vlucht terug naar huis te halen.

Unsafe!!!!

The trip started off nicely. We were picked up at the airport and taken to a basic hotel. There was no toilet paper or soap, but it was clean, and after a long journey we were simply happy to get some rest. The next day we enjoyed a nice excursion, but that is when the problems began. We were supposed to be transferred to El Nido for the remainder of our trip. Instead, the driver spent over an hour driving around town picking up local passengers. The van became overcrowded, and what should have been a 4½-hour trip turned into more than 8 hours. When we finally arrived after midnight, all the local passengers had been dropped off, leaving only two tourist couples, including us. The driver then told us to get out because that was as far as he was going. We were left in the middle of town with no idea where we were and had to find and pay for another ride to our hotel. We immediately contacted Corazon Travel and Tours. They apologized and said they would investigate. The next day they informed us that the driver had dropped us at the correct location. Had that been true, we would never have contacted them. Being stranded after midnight in an unfamiliar town was both stressful and unacceptable. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. I became severely ill during our stay. Unable to enjoy our vacation, I spent most of my time in bed with a fever and frequent vomiting. Because of my condition, we decided to cut our trip short and return to Puerto Princesa. I contacted Corazon Travel and Tours and requested a private transfer, explaining that after our previous experience I was not willing to take another shared van. Rather than risk another delay, we booked and paid for our own private transfer. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and took only 4½ hours, proving how unnecessary the original 8-hour ordeal had been. I sent the company the receipt after they indicated they would help with the transportation cost. However, once they received it, they refused reimbursement, claiming I had not given them enough time to respond. Because we had to leave El Nido early, we also incurred additional expenses for an Airbnb in Puerto Princesa. Despite the inconvenience, extra costs, and significant disruption to our vacation, the only compensation offered was a transfer from our Airbnb to the airport worth a few hundred pesos. They had other tours and options available that could have been offered as a gesture of goodwill, but they declined. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Corazon Travel and Tours. Communication was poor, customer service was disappointing, and there was little accountability when problems arose. If I could give zero stars, I would. My recommendation is to visit Puerto Princesa and arrange your transportation and excursions independently. It will likely be less expensive, more reliable, and far less stressful.

My wife and I had a really good time with our tour in Puerto Princesa and El Nido. All thanks to Corazon Travel and Tours specially our agent Ms. Hannah. She went above and beyond our expectations. She’s always keeping us up to date from our day to day activities. To Ms. Hannah, I really appreciate all your hard work and dedications.

VIP treatment the whole time!

Had a wonderful visit to Palawan thanks to Corazon Travel and Tours. Peter from Corazon Travel and Tours really went the extra mile to ensure I had wonderful time. We had some last minute travel adjustments due to unfavorable weather and their team was incredibly prompt helping me reschedule and adjust my plans to make sure every day was still an adventure. Would highly recommend !

Extremely Disappointing — Disorganized, Misleading, and Not Worth the Price

We’re currently on Day 2 of our tour, and this has already been one of the most frustrating travel experiences we’ve ever had — especially given the high price we paid for what was supposed to be a comfortable, organized, and enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, there was no communication. No one picked us up from the airport. No one greeted us. We weren’t told anything about our itinerary or next steps. We were supposed to stay in the same hotel as our friends, and they couldn’t even arrange that. We were promised dinner on Day 1 — nothing. Then, on Day 2, we were woken up at 6:30 AM by someone knocking on the door saying our driver was downstairs — even though our emailed itinerary clearly said pickup would be between 7–8 AM. After the first part of the tour, we were dropped off on the side of the road with no explanation and told to wait for a transfer. That “hour” turned into three hours of waiting in the heat with zero communication. Again, no apology or plan, just confusion and wasted time. Tonight, dinner is again not included, despite being promised in the tour. We spoke with Tata and Shien, and the only solution offered was a refund for the transfer — as if that makes up for the stress, wasted hours of our vacation, and the complete lack of value we’re getting from this tour. We paid for ease, comfort, and a well-planned experience, and instead, we’ve had to manage everything ourselves while being let down at every turn. At this point, we could have planned this trip independently and done a better job for half the cost. Save your time, money, and peace of mind — book with someone else.

Great tours, poor organisers

All of the tours were great. The organisation from Corazon travel and tours was very poor and you can book all of these tours and transportation more effectively on your own.

Absolutely scam - nobody never recommended

Yes, where should we start? First of all, we received some scam messages from Corazon Account, saying that we should pay again. Shortly afterwards, we received a warning from TripAdvisor that this message was fraudulent. When we asked Corazon, we received no message. Then the first day. We needed a total of 6 hours for a 35-minute boat trip. 1 1/2 hours there, 1 1/2 hours waiting on site and 1 hour back. The tour guide didn't speak to us and we never knew what was coming next or when. After we were dropped off at a rest area and no one spoke to us, we had to wait an incredible 2 hours for someone to pick us up. Here, too, there was no communication with us. The only thing that came after 1 hour was that we would pick them up as soon as possible between 3 and 4 p.m. We were picked up at 4 p.m. and had to wait 1 1/2 hours at the same place so that others could get on. In the end we arrived at our accommodation at 11pm and had to wait somewhere for more than 10 hours for a 35 minute boat ride. The tours were cancelled on days 3 and 4. They are offered locally for €25 each. These tours were cancelled for us so that we could drive 5 hours to Puerto Princesa again on day 5. What did we get as confirmation of the €600? €50, who are you trying to fool here? This is a tour for 2 people. What we also criticise about your service: - you say that food is provided, but you always have to take care of your own dinner. - There is practically no communication with people, only if they have questions, you have to answer directly. If you have questions, you are ignored - The hotels are a disaster - The bus drivers drive so fast that you feel sick.

It is a Truffle - you pay a lot (pictured prices in local pesos) for something worth half as much as in high season.

This excursion is a total Truffle. Also if in high season, you reserve everything in autonomy when you arrive at destination for half price and making a much better route. DON'T BOOK!! There is not a group that leaves but you are added every day to some tour that repeat the most expensive are 25€ including lunch. Dinners are your responsibility and you cannot know the name of the hotel.until you reach your destination. We found that we could only get some Bread and coffee' if we didn't want to eat rice and meat in the morning. I had to call the outsourced agency to organize things because Tripadvisor and Viator were just answering late and telling me they couldn't do anything. So in short: Go to the Nest on your own, hire tours and hotels on your own, so you can choose the best option and you like it. There's no advantage to booking things here. Everything is contracted locally with more benefits than this. Another superimportant part: I was almost scammed by sending me a link to pay again before I left for a trip. All VERY lousy.

SUPER AWESOME STAFF

Always 10/10 for me and won't hesitate to book them again for my next trip! Used them twice now. Last year on my birthday trip as solo and this year with my kiddo! Last year was really fun in El Nido though I didn't feel well on my first day cause of the travel, they made sure I am taken care of and even sang happy birthday in their office, the staff were so cute and nice! This year in Puerto Princesa was a bit different since I decided to bring my kid last minute and again, the staff is super nice and communicates with me all throughout our stay. Definitely recommended and will surely book them again for my Coron trip next year! Thank you for being so kind!

Definitely recommend!

I booked this tour so that my family and I can enjoy the best of Palawan without worrying the how and when to get there. Corazon Travel and Tours made it so easy! They were constantly in communication with me. Asking me how the tour was, how was my experience with the tour guides/driver. I appreciate all their help for us to fully enjoy our vacation! Side note, we had two seniors with us. And they made sure to accomodate them as much as they can.

Time away from stress

The tours are exceptional, but more than that corazon travels and tours made everything seamless and took away my worry of time. They took care of every detail from airport to airport.
