Onze Apron Up Cooking Class wint al jaren aan populariteit door mensen intensieve en interessante lessen te geven. Mensen die bij ons komen, kunnen experts zijn die Vietnamees restaurant willen openen of iemand die nooit eerder heeft gekookt, maar heerlijke Viet-eten willen kunnen eten wanneer ze na hun vakantie terug moeten komen. Onze school lokaliseert precies in het centrum van de oude wijk, dus zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken en dus, na de markttour op de grootste markt in Hanoi, die vlak bij de oude wijk ligt, kun je ook weten waar te kopen wat in de rest van je reis hierheen. Binnen slechts 3 - 4 uur, krijg je te leren over de ingrediënten (specerijen en Vietnamese produceert), maak je een hele maaltijd van de meest populaire en authentieke 5 gerechten in Hanoi (of zijn vegetarische versie voor vegetarische begeleiders, genietend van je vrucht van de arbeid en probeer Vietnamese rijstwijn samen met uw klasgenoten, het ontvangen van een kookboekje en een certificaat!

Great class with Hazel. She was so professional and lots of fun too. The 5 courses were great. The night was excellent and we learnt a lot about the history of Vietnamese food. I thoroughly recommend this activity and thank you Hazel for a fantastic night.
We had an amazing time with Hazel. She is funny and witty, and also very knowledgeable. We got to learn about the spices and recipes and food. It was very hands on. Then we got to eat the food after. It was very worth it! All the food we made was excellent. Im so full and we got a great recipe book to come along with the experience. Can't wait to try to make this all myself again! The egg coffee was much better than the one I had at a coffee shop! Thank you Hazel for fun learning experience!
Today was one of the highlights of our Vietnam adventure! We joined an incredible cooking class with our amazing guide, Hailey, who taught us how to prepare some of Vietnam's most iconic dishes from scratch. After wandering through the local market to hand-pick the freshest ingredients, we headed straight to the kitchen where the real fun began. From rolling crispy spring rolls to preparing fresh pho, every dish was packed with flavour and made with so much love. The best part? Sitting down together to enjoy everything we'd created. If you're visiting Vietnam, I couldn't recommend this experience enough. It's the perfect way to immerse yourself in the culture, learn new skills, and enjoy some of the best food you'll ever eat. 🇻🇳🥢🍜❤️
This was such an amazing experience! Vy was an excellent instructor. She was so nice and sweet! I would definitely recommend this. Our food was delicious! Everything we ate was fresh and quality. Vy was also very personable!!!

We had such an amazing experience with Vee during our Vietnamese cooking class! From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel so welcome and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and explained each step in a way that was easy to follow. We learned so much about Vietnamese cuisine and culture, and the food we made was absolutely delicious. You can truly tell how passionate she is about what she does, and that made the experience even more special. A fantastic experience for solo travelers, cooking is not only a skill, but a good way to connect with other people. Vy, our teacher, was very helpful and energetic. It was a great class and experience. I can confidently recommend it.
