Joining this cooking class was such a fun and memorable experience. The chef Hailey was very friendly, patient, and explained every step clearly, making it easy even for beginners. I loved visiting the local market, learning about fresh Vietnamese ingredients, and discovering the stories behind each dish. Cooking authentic Vietnamese food from scratch was both enjoyable and rewarding. Everything we prepared was incredibly fresh and delicious, and I can’t wait to recreate these recipes at home.

Impressive, we went to the market next door to buy the products that we later cooked with Hailey, she explains everything very well, has perfect English, and is very, very kind. Afterward, we ate everything we cooked, and it was all delicious. I recommend it 100% if you have time in Hanoi, and if you can do it with Hailey, it's the best!
